Dinner time was 17:30 with no choice and was told at check-in time. I was looking forward to Japanese food because I was going to move to a chartered restaurant, but it was a hotel restaurant. Even if the dobinmushi boils over, it stays that way, even if you ask to lower it, it stays that way even if it boils over. Only the sashimi was delicious, but the food and staff were subtle. There was no breakfast or explanation of the dishes, so I couldn't even tell if the drink on the table was milk or yoghurt.
The room had a bad WiFi connection, it was dark even with all the lights on, and above all, it didn't feel clean. There were spider webs on the windows and on the lights on the mirrors, and the private bath smelled of disinfection and was lukewarm.
The people at the front desk were friendly and good, and it was helpful that the room had 2 liters of mineral water, capsule drinks, and cup noodles free of charge. However, considering the cleanliness and food, it was so disappointing that I thought that other pet-friendly hotels would be better at this price.
