While receiving a welcome drink at check-in, we made reservations for the rental hot springs and Kawazu cherry blossom light-up transportation, and were then shown to our guest rooms. There are many stairs in the building and grounds, which may be difficult for both owners and dogs if they have weak legs. There are plenty of dog runs available, and our two dogs seemed very satisfied. Reservations cannot be made for the dock spa, so you will have to make use of it on a negotiable basis.
