Very Good
AAyseWe booked this car hotel because of the spa/wellness area. The reception at the hotel was extremely friendly. We were over an hour early and were even allowed into the room. The rooms were very large. There was even an espresso machine. We had a great view and I have to admit, I haven't slept so well in a long time. The bed was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly. There was almost too much choice for breakfast :)
You can also just book the wellness area for a few hours. So I can recommend it

DDevikaPHotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service.
Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.

GGuest UserThe hotel is opposite Kayseri Bus Station. The decoration is very elegant and very nice. But no one at the front desk or restaurant can speak English. The most important thing is that the meal charge cannot be posted on the room account. Other hotels can charge it on the room account and settle the bill uniformly when checking out. But if he dines here once, you will settle the bill. I asked him to issue an invoice once, but the restaurant was not open yet, so I asked the front desk to do it when I checked out in the morning. However, the invoice could not be issued for a long time, and the service was very poor!
I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, and I took the initiative to tell the restaurant staff that my room rate did not include meals, and I would pay later, but he didn’t understand and it was embarrassing. She also went to confirm with the front desk, and you were embarrassed to wait for her to confirm. Only then can you go and have breakfast.
Breakfast normally starts at 7 o'clock. Because I have to catch a flight, I want to have breakfast at 6:30 early. The restaurant agrees, but it requires you to pay a deposit in advance. How can there be such a reason to pay a deposit in advance to eat.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a big brand, but maybe it's old, the facilities are a bit old, the hotel is large, and there are many choices of room floors and orientations. The service attitude is very good, and there is a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast is very rich, and I have to praise the breakfast. The location is close to the airport, but the surrounding area does not seem to be very prosperous. There are not many places to eat out.

TTINGTINGThis hotel is tentatively scheduled, because it can fly for a hot air balloon, stay one night, and fly back to Istanbul the next morning, but the price of this hotel is very good. Also special responsibility to help us four big boxes to get upstairs, faster than the elevator to pick up the luggage at the door, the service 120 fainted! The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!

OOne Country at a TimeI didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

___Zainab_PMy husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants.
Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport.
Service - staff were friendly
Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt
Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo

BBarryThis hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.

CChaigwenlatteMy friend and I loved this hotel. We loved the staff and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is not a tourist center so we got a real slice of life while there. We made many friends in the neighborhood at restaurants, and shops. I will truly miss the friends I made in this neighborhood.
