Price/performance hotel. The staff are amateur but well-intentioned and ready to help.
We came to Erciyes to ski and since the mountain hotels were too expensive, we stayed in the center of Kayseri and made the round trip, 28 km away from the mountain.
The missing items in the room were brought quickly and without objection.
The breakfast was average in taste and sufficient.

My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants.
Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport.
Service - staff were friendly
Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt
Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo

Mit dem Auto ist alles ca 5-10min entfernt. Hatten anfangs ein paar Probleme da die Steckdosen nicht funktioniert haben. Wir haben schließlich dann ein Verlängerungskabel bekommen, doch trotzdem ärgerlich. Es gab keine Lampe im Schlafzimmer nur eine Nachtlampe - die nicht mal funktioniert hat, haben auf Nachfrage dann eine neue bekommen. Für 1-3 Nächte akzeptabel.
Gebe dem Hotel 3/5 Sternen.
