The hotel occupies one floor in a residential building. Everything is new, very clean. Kitchen with a set of imaginary dishes (frying pan, saucepan, ladle, spatula. Cutlery, plates, cups for two persons). There is a stove, microwave and refrigerator, kettle, tea bags, sugar, napkins, drinking water (two bottles each), replenished every day, as well as dishwashing detergent and a sponge for dishes. But we were just preparing breakfast, everything suited us. The bathroom has heated floors, an electric heated towel rail (you can set the temperature and time), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream, toothpaste and brush, shower cap, shaving set. The room has a water heater and a rain shower and a regular shower. The corridor (entrance area) is very cramped, there is a cabinet with horizontal storage, next to it is a storage compartment with a large number of shelves. The room has a narrow, low storage cabinet with a door. Comfortable mattress, good pillows, curtains sufficient to block out the light in the morning. The lighting in the room is very comfortable. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, we will come back again. Very friendly staff, minor drawbacks (crowded hallway) are offset by other advantages. It is a pleasure to stay and live in this hotel.

We were lucky. We were one of the first to check into this new hotel. I liked everything - new mattresses, new linen, new furniture. A kitchen in the room is a bonus for families traveling with children. I prepared dinners myself, fortunately all the dishes are in the room! I recommend to everyone.
