Traveling
We stayed the night on a longer trip. A little older hotel but nice anyway. We couldn’t figure out the trick to turn on the shower but outside of that the stay was great. Would stay there again

The hotel was clean, very quiet. They came in and exchanged the towels and emptied the garage daily.
The staff that I did interact with were very helpful and friendly.
There was a musty smell in the room. Another guest said the same thing.
Breakfast was not great. The sausage gravy was luke warm,biscuits were hard and not fresh.
There wasn't even bread to make toast, if you wanted something else. I choose to pick something up elsewhere.
Otherwise, it was an ok stay.

No AC!
The air conditioner didn't work in our room. We paid for a queen bed, but it was a double bed. My husband told the front desk about the AC and they didn't respond. The bathroom had no ventilation. We won't stay here again.

Not a good hotel
Got to the hotel and tried to check in. Hotel could not find the reservation. Staff accused me of being in the wrong spot even though address and hotel matched. Took my phone from my hands and opened Hotels app to chat with customer service. After 20 minutes the staff member gave up and just made an on site reservation.
When I finally got to my room, the recliner was broken, there were rodent holes in the sheets and the sink was clogged. The toiletries were already open and partially used and the bath had a ring of dirt in it. Overall, a slightly run down and dirty hotel with poor customer service.

Needs attention
Very basic. Run down. Breakfast choice was limited. Out of waffle batter. Repairs needed. Bathroom fixture hanging out of the ceiling. If you need an inexpensive place to just sleep for a night I suppose it is okay.

Worst hotel
It’s too bad there isn’t a 0 star selection. This place doesn’t deserve the 1 star. They should change their name, because this isn’t Quality. Worst front desk staff. The man at the front desk was rude and very bad at customer service. We checked in and realized the pool was closed. Who knows how long that’s been out of service. There was NO elevator!!! Went to our room and we didn’t even set our stuff down because we immediately wanted to check out. DIRTY. I don’t think they even cleaned. The room across from us had its door open and no one was in it. Our lights didn’t work. There were stains on the curtains and we didn’t even want to check the bed because I’m sure there were bugs. So we checked out 15 minutes later and went to the holiday inn across the highway (I highly recommend going there) the man at the front desk was very angry and wouldn’t give us a refund, so we are currently waiting for the dispute. And we will be contacting corporate. This place should be shut down. Very sketchy. DO NOT stay here.

Not quite “Quality”
Our room was okay but overall appearance was it needed maintenance. End entrance door wouldn’t lock, stairways dirty, couple broken windows visible. Curtain had holes. I guess we got what we paid for.
