Location is fine. It was easy to find and was a convenient stopping spot for our trip, otherwise there's nothing remarkable about Nebraska. Service is what you expect at a cheap hotel. Most of the room was clean, but there was a weird stain in the bathtub. They were definitely accommodating for pets though so that's a plus.

The t v didn't work i tried the tv itself and the remote and still didnt work the pool was freezing the heat didnt warm the room

The room was fine. We had the poolside room so we had a patio straight tot he pool which was cool. You could see a some wear and tear on the furniture but nothing bad. The only “not good” thing was that the patio door was really hard to open and close.

The hotel was magnificent at one time. Now it’s older and not maintained real well. The staff was great and the room was good. It was right next to the pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance and we never got to go swimming. The pool area was beautiful.

The eb site stated they were pet friendly, had a pool and offered bfst. It cost an extra $25.00 for our cat….dogs are free, the pool was closed and no breakfast. These were all the reasons I booked this hotel and it turned out to be a bust.

Checked in to find and be told that hotel was being remodeled and breakfast, pool, fitness center and whirlpool were unavailable. Accessing the room on the back side of property was difficult as the lot had not been properly plowed and our vehicle nearly got stuck after the recent snow.

Pretty bad, shared room with two cockroaches. Rooms just looked old and stale. TV or phone did not work. Indoor pool was very cold.

This property is very old and although they are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms the overall presence is shabby at best. They offer virtually no anemities. The clerks did the best they could but resources are obviously limited would only stay there again if , like this time, there was nothing else available

There was no breakfast, even though advertised as have such. Was told they were under construction…but something could have been arranged, even voucher to a local close establishment.
Room was nice. Outside and hallways need a lot of work.

I have definitely stayed in worse, but the overall condition and cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The bedding/linens appeared clean, but don't peak behind anything. There was a 1/4 inch hole in the bathtub and the ceilings were disgusting. The worst to me was getting in late so the girls couldn't swim, pool closed at 10. They crashed out before i could check the tv. Absolutely nothing! I have been grief stricken from the loss of my husband, the distraction and noise is my only way to fall to sleep. When asking for help, i was told i could move rooms. That seems reasonable, except like i said, the girls were sleeping and had to be up early. I had already over paid so a partial refund would have been nice, now that i am suddenly a single mom of 3 teenagers. I obviously didn't complain, so I guess that's my fault. I think the cleaning people definitely need to do better. When trying to figure the tv out, I was quite shocked at the filth and dust buildup back there. Im surprised thiss place is allowed to be open, especially with the rate i was charged. $108 for no pool, no tv, no breakfast, and only 6 hours in the room, in which I might have slept 30 minutes total.
