I decided to stay in Pasar Baru Square merely because of the location that is near with almost everything. I got special price during Traveloka Epic Sale. I arrived very early in the morning and paid the Early Check In fee that is affordable. Here are some + and - points I encountered during stay. Positive: 1. The staff (Sec, FO, HK) are all friendly. Greeted us with smile whenever we passed by. Shout out to Neng Vina and Veni whom we met almost everyday also akang who helped us on Wed 13 morning. Thanks. 2. Location is perfect. You wouldn’t be troubled at finding places to shop and eat. Walking distance to Bdg Station, Alun2, Pasar Baru Oleh2, etc. Need to improve: 1. Cleanliness. Upon check in the floor wasn’t properly mopped, the bathroom had no bath mat maybe bcs we C/I early so the HK didin’t properly check it. But the next day they cleaned as I requested. Thank you. 2. Need to arrange pest control regularly as we found a lot of baby cockroaches inside the room during stay.
