As there was no other new hotels, due to a pressing need to stay overnight, this was picked. Its ok but could have been better. Mismatched bedsheets. A rather dated hotel.

The bed is comfort, room reasonable spacious, clean and worth the money. Simple breakfast provided. Definitely will return to this hotel if we visit Kuala Lipis again

Spacious room with basic toilet amenities. Reasonably clean. Has adequate choices for breakfast for the price. 

Stayed here several times. Overall is still very good. Nice spacious family room corner lot. Large windows for views, both left and front side. Facilities are perfect. Breakfast is nice. However, slight disturbance in the very early morning from the noise came from the guy who is blowing the dry leaves. Noise from the blower is annoying especially in the very beginning day of Sunday.

We did a cycle tour and booked the hotel a few months prior. We had never been to this part of Malaysia and had been communicating with them They were very accommodative to our requests and the response was prompt. As they are in a remote area, they mainly speak Malay but able to communicate in English.  They arranged a special room for all our bicycles and had special vegetarian food prepared for a couple of our vegetarian friends.  Check in was swift and parking space was ample. Town was walking distance with local food and the convenience stores just across the street.  Will definitely recommend this place with them planning to extend further.

A new, cozy and clean place to stay overnight or 2 nights in Kuala Lipis. I have stayed here multiple times whenever I visited Kuala Lipis. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast for free is offered for 2 persons. The shower has good, strong water pressure. Staff is friendly and conplimentary newspapers are provided if you so desire. Breakfast is average and simple, definitely not grand, but that's okay for me. It's not situated smack in town but very near town center.
