I know this is the only 3* hotel you will find at Pati city. But the management really need to considering their guest.. i got pretty high floor. At 9th floor. firstly i loved it as always. Because 2nd and 3rd floor should be worse, near the Karaoke room.... but something went odd and wrong when at 10.20 PM i could hear someone singing so loud with loud music... i wonder where is this coming from? And when i check to the front office. He said there's some event held on the 10th floor....and will be finished at 11.00 PM..... when i'm in holiday mood maybe i don't mind. But this is in the middle of weekdays. Tuesday.....i need to get some sleep....and what kind of event that finish that late and with very loud music and singing.....Gosh....

The facilities are good, the scenery is good, and the air is good, but the location is too far from the paddy field, so I don't want to go back twice.

We chose this location simply because we wanted to have a non mainstream beach holiday. The information we got was strictly from the internet. Here we flew to Semarang first then used an airport transfer to Sekuro. Flying to Semarang from Jakarta only took us about 75 minutes, but going to Sekuro from Semarang airport took us around 4 hours because there were several traffic jams and a few stops for toilet and groceries. What a long land trip! Arriving at Sekuro was already night yet we had a chance to enjoy the surrounding and had dinner. Sekuro itself was located at a white sandy Blebak beach. Its surrounding was well maintained, so we can enjoy its spacious and greenery area by walking with comfort. In addition, Sekuro has a jogging track, which I enjoyed it very much. I think the location and its surrounding are the advantage of Sekuro. Going inside the room was a little different story. Our premium suite room was around 40 m2 wide and the shower only bathroom was maybe two third of the bedroom. The amenities were standard and they did not reflect 1.65 million per night room, though all of them functioned well. In the city, paying that much, most likely you got a luxurious room with a stunning view. Another story was the foods. This is a resort in a far away land. Staying in a resort means we have to eat at the premise. Unfortunately, the food quality, especially at breakfast, was mediocre at best, with the exception of local cuisines, which became my favorite. In lunch and dinner times, some dishes were quite good as well, such as pindang srani and sapo tahu. However, the dishes were not all available, and so were some other dishes. The prices were still reasonable, but the quality and the availability were upsetting. The services were even more upsetting. The first disappointment was at the reception. The check in and out processes were not an issue, but the staffs' care for the guests like me is the one. I forgot to collect my ID card after checking in however none of them bother to care by letting me know until I texted them and collected it myself. They knew it was my card; they could have let me know as soon as possible so I did not have to worry where my card went missing. The second and the foremost disappointment was the food services. It took us up to an hour to get our foods at the busy hours; even once, after an hour of waiting, we did not get our order. It was misplace somewhere in the staffs' chain communication: we ordered to the waiter and we did not know if he ever conveyed it to the kitchen, but after an hour, our order was not even made! That was the most upsetting experience in our entire holiday experience around the world!! It was not professional at all!!! In our opinion, in addition to understaffed, this resort is lacked of skilled or professional workers. The place is good, the room is also good. Can access directly to the beach. But unfortunately, in the sun type room during the day is very hot even though the air conditioner is used, only when it feels cold at night. maybe because the room is directly exposed to sunlight so hot air is absorbed in the room.the rest is ok,thank you 🙏🏻

I stayed on May 14, 2019 in standard room type, following my review: 1. Location Location is in the circle outside the cliff. Since this location is in the lintasan area, so many heavy vehicles like trucks pass by. A bit far to the dining place, but when we go out the hotel near the red light there is an alphamart. 2. Facilities in the hotel: - meeting room - room service - free wifi - smoking and non smoking room Note: no swimming pool and corner kids. 3. Service To service reception is very friendly. They gave the room according to our request. Note: we requested a morning call at 3 am to get late, but unfortunately they were late for their morning call around 1. Fortunately I woke up at 3 a.m. and then went to the retreat. When I passed the reception, they called my room again because I heard the reception said no one took the phone in my room. 4. Standard Room size is not so wide, a bit narrow. In the room equipped with: - ac is quite cold - lcd tv equipped with cable TV - kettel water heater with 2 bottles of mineral water and coffee/teh - shower that hot/cold water works well - there are 2 towels Note: when entering the room, it was a bit smelly of a quite stingy mosquito drug, which was fortunate to be lost by the smell of cigarettes hehehe. Then the room was not soundproof because the sound of the truck passing in front of the hotel was clearly sounded. 5. Food & Beverage Food during the afternoon is quite a variation for the 3rd class, and it tastes quite good.

There is a swimming pool and a place for the gym, the parking lot is very large, the rooms are also many. There is a replica of the holy tower in front of the hotel. The hotel room is a bit old for the superior but still comfortable.
