Only 1 ice machine for so many rooms, and it wasn't working. REALLY!!! But the breakfast crew was very good at their job!!!

Room 202 had the bathroom tissue so far away from the toilet, the it can’t be reached. I had surgery and had to use the spare roll, thank gif there was one. The situation could be avoided by putting a curve in the the counting extending onto the wall that the toilet is on, Very disappointed

TERRIBLE experience! Cancel your planned stay, trust me. Several wedding party members and wedding guests were told they never booked with the reserved wedding block and did not have 2 night reservations. No one received initial email confirmations, no one received customer service, and no one received an apology or compensation. This is the first review I’ve ever written for any business…. That’s how much I’d stear you clear away from this “first come, first server business hotel”. -100/10

We went to Keene for the Red Knights Yankee Rally. We stayed for 4 nights and the room was perfect with a sliding door to the outside, great food, atmosphere and staff! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!

This is a great location in Keene! The pool is beautiful, and we will definitely stay there again. It is an older property, but the staff maintain it very nicely! Everything was super clean, and we all agreed that the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest we have seen! The staff was very kind and helpful and obviously take pride in their hotel!
