To start with, this hotel seems to me quite reasonable in terms of accommodations. But costly with regard to food, when compared with others in that locality of such quality. Executive Rooms are quite spacious, but not the standard rooms. Prices for rooms are fluctuating based on demand. Dining area is hygienic but varieties for breakfast was limited. During morning hours, suggest having more vigilance with senior staff members available when it demands for utmost satisfaction to Customers. Dining staff for Oyster needs to be more accountable and sincere. Reception staff were found to be very helpful and acquainted with Hindi and English languages. Suggestion for Improvement: 1. More varieties for breakfast 2. Dining staff to be more sincere/accountable 3. Room prices to be fixed/not fluctuating as per market demand 4. Room maintenance to be done/some washroom taps were not functional Apart from that, all went well. Recommended for VIT parents as they offer discount for students. It is near to VIT campus & you will get cab for drop in front of the hotel.

The rooms are too small
the room service was very poor and the behaviour of the staff was very poor with me no one tried willingly to support me when i was expecting help the rooms displayed in mmt and the actual room has a huge difference between them i will never book the same hotel in future
also i tried food one day the food was also poor
if i can give the zero rating i would have given it to them

The location is good, very easy to get any cab / auto / bus for local commutation. Budget friendly rooms are available. Room service and hotel services are good. Aakash served us well in the restaurant. The restaurant offers diverse and palatable foods. Only cons is that the studio rooms are very small and lack any window.

The rooms are small and they provided a floor mat when i asked for extra bed there’s a foul smell in the hotel and the breakfast was also average overall an average stay
