Headfort Arms Hotel

The staff is wonderful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and equally important very quiet. The breakfast was more than I expected, and I was very pleased with all the gluten free options. One day I will return to the Headfort Arms.

We stayed for one night at the Headfort Arms on July 4th. It was our first visit to this hotel and we couldn't fault it in any way. Parking for the hotel was in a safe and secure gated area, with an intercom and keycard swipe, immediately a great start. The staff on the desk and throughout the bar and restaurant were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds. We had breakfast included, which was really good with a varied menu and served by friendly and attentive staff. A very pleasant experience which we'd happily repeat.

Nothing major, but there was a bulb gone in the bathroom, just above the sink, Room 26, but other than that perfect. Lovely hotel.

Exceptional service for our wedding 15 yrs ago, and even more exceptional service now. Fantastic ladies on the desk, room was fabulous, food and service inside was amazing. Could not fault a thing.

We had a lovely stay here, would highly recommend - very good value for money and very friendly staff! Our first visit to Ireland and we were made very welcome! Will definitely return here again.

Although travelling as a couple my wife the Rev Caroline Burns and myself Rev Paul.Burns were returning from ministering in churches in Cork. We decided to break our stay and found this lovely hotel in Kells having stayed before in Trim. The Reception Staff were wonderful allocating me a walk in shower room to cater for my disability and when there was a noise issue moved us to the front with a lovely bathroom and walk in shower. All their rooms are lovely and the backroom staff e.g. the cleaners make the rooms look really beautiful, and what can we say about the beds other than lie down and fall asleep in comfort .. As I said the Reception staff were wonderful,alongside the restaurant staff and the food fit to be served to a King's banquet. If you're visiting the Kells area for a holiday, business, family or needing a well earned rest, this then is the place for you. Also the Beautician and her lovely daughter were so kind in making sure my wife had a lovely time ⏲️. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and its staff made it a home from home. Great stay, staff super, super helpful, food and drink was very good, room was brilliant, I rang the Hotel prior to our visit to say it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary Return visit, they really pulled out all the stops for us to make the stay memorable.
