Well run, the rooms were ready for us, clean. Although small the rooms were, we were busy all weekend and we were there to sleep in them not host a party etc.

The hotel is close to the main highway in Kelowna. The roar of cars at night makes the noisy people unable to sleep.

They will charge you for an extra night, not document it in your receipt and tell you they are no longer part of Wyndham hotels, therefore they cannot help you. Funny how end of September 2024 was our stay and suddenly on October 1 2024 they are a different company with no announcement, no documentation, but the staff are still the same? DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

They will charge you for an extra night, not document it in your receipt and tell you they are no longer part of Wyndham hotels, therefore they cannot help you. Funny how end of September 2024 was our stay and suddenly they are a different company with no announcement, no documentation, but the staff are still the same? They won't give you an email to escalate your extra charge and apparently have no information for a company they worked for a week ago. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Also the breakfast is garbage, rooms are dated and dusty, drains hold and back up water.
