Dedeman Kemer Resort - Ultra All Inclusive Reviews

Stop here for a rest while on the road. Three meals are included, but they are not very delicious. Chinese people are not used to it. One meal is enough. The room is very old and the facilities are average. There is a commercial street with Carrefour about 500 meters away from the hotel. There are not many resort hotels nearby. You get what you pay for. The guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic!

The hotel changed its name a month ago. It changed hands and became Dedeman Hotel. the staff is amateur. Maybe it could get better in the future.

I would like to thank the staff for their refusal to compensate for this deficiency.

We booked and stayed here for 5 nights, before our booking we contacted the hotel to confirm if the hotel had been renovated and they said yes so we booked well unfortunately only partial of the hotel was renovated not the whole hotel. I have nothing good or excellent to say. Everything was very poor the room had a very bad sewage smell. The food was very average. The pool was disgusting dirty and never noticed it being cleaned. On arrival the manager could not process payment via credit card. He requested cash payment. The hotel was very understaffed and over booked. Never will go back to kemer worse experience.

Dedeman Kemer Resort's location is perfect for exploring the Turkish Riviera. Close enough to Kemer town for shopping and nightlife, yet secluded enough for a peaceful retreat. The nearby ancient ruins and natural wonders made for fantastic day trips. An ideal base!

I come to Turkey for a business trip. You can relieve the stress and tiredness of the day in the pool. Your soul relaxes while drinking your drink at the bar by the pool. The rooms are large and spacious. The food is delicious and has a wide range. The staff is very attentive. They are very helpful.

Our last stay was exceptional at this resort. We had a very nice and joyful vacation. The seaside facilities and the sea itself was exceptional. The choice of food and the staff were also very nice and made us very happy. Thanks for an amazing experience…

Arrived at our hotel at 3am due to late flight the staff on arrival were so helpfull in booking us in and helping us with our luggage. There were plenty of options with the food too. The staff were so polite and helpful the guy from the mini market in the hotel went out of his way to help and the massages were great we had them for the full week. Dedeman hotel was always clean staff were always cleaning and the rooms were always cleaned too. The pool is were I spent most of my time due to the 39c temperatures . Entertainment was good too . I will definitely be returning next year with all the family.

Everything is brilliant Service Food Hygiene Hospitality And also the staff are very kind and professionally behaviour I would rather to visit again!! You can use many services as they served, a good rooms which are clean daily and air conditioning, pool, spa, sauna and a beach plac which it has fascinating views

This summer I have enjoyed a much because of brilliant treatment that Dedeman Kemer Resort served to me and my family, to start from cleanest rooms, cozy apartments and lobby, delicious food variety, swimming pool, beach pëace near to sea and the warming staff approach

Eşim ve çocuğumla birlikte Dedeman Kemer Resort'ta harika bir tatil geçirdik. Otel her şey dahil konseptiyle aradığımız her şeyi sundu. Çocuk kulübü çok eğlenceliydi ve çocuğum her gün oraya gitmek için sabırsızlanıyordu. Yemekler de çok lezzetliydi ve her damak tadına uygun bir şeyler vardı. Odamız temiz ve konforluydu ve herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Personel de çok yardımsever ve cana yakındı. Kemer'e tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle Dedeman Kemer Resort'u tercih ederiz.
