I have some notes about the food. The service inside the restaurant is not very very good, and it can be said that it is average for the following reasons. The food is sometimes cold for some items, and the availability of dishes is not enough and is always ready. But for the service staff, they are friendly and try to help.

We really enjoyed our vacation. Clean, service and animation at the highest level. trip.com works very quickly and did not cause any problems. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel for both rest and fun. For families with children, couples or groups of friends. It is really hard to find anything wrong anything because Hydros Club surprised me positively at every step. Very nice and helpful staff, everyone speaks excellent English. My partner and I got a bungalow room with a view of the garden. The only downside were the neighbors above us who were noisy, apart from that it was quiet but not too far from all the hotel attractions and the beach. The room was clean and there was nothing missing. The bed was comfortable although instead of two duvets there was one large "blanket" made of thicker cotton. A huge plus was the air conditioning which you could set yourself which gives great comfort on hot days. The hotel is located under the mountains, by a pebbly beach belonging to the hotel, with very clean water. In addition, free sunbeds and umbrellas. Additionally, two swimming pools and slides for the youngest. There is also a pier with sunbeds and umbrellas which is lit in the evening and guarded by security. In addition to the main meals in the main restaurant, a snack bar and a cafe are open in the afternoon. Pool bar open almost all day and "disco" open until 2. Evening shows, performances, concerts organized every day at a high level. During the day, animations and sports for children and adults. Very nice bartenders who, despite a lot of work, found time for small talk. A huge plus is that the hotel takes care of cleanliness at every step and uses many ecological solutions. Additionally, there were many signs encouraging guests to take care of the environment. The entire hotel area is very well-kept with a lot of plants, fruit trees, olive trees, colorful flowers, palm trees and green lawns. Additionally, a lot of well-kept and calm cats and chickens. The food is DELICIOUS, at a really high level, a very large selection of various dishes and desserts. The only thing I missed was fresh juices, only those from concentrates were available. Additionally, there are two other restaurants but we did not have time to use them. You also do not have to worry about cleaning up the dishes because they were cleaned at every step (from the tables on the beach, pier and by the pools). The hotel is located very close to the city center, a larger market and all kinds of bazaars and restaurants. Definitely 7 days is not enough and the standard and hospitality of Hydros Club made you not want to leave it. Beautiful views of the mountains and crystal clear water in the sea and diversity of the greenery around the hotel ground. If I ever return to Kemer, it will only be to this hotel.

A really fantastic week at this hotel, travelled with our teenagers who had fun. It’s spotlessly clean, a fantastic location, wonderful food, super friendly staff who go above I would say. We didn’t get picked up until 8pm but staff at reception helped us to take cases from main building and chatted to us throughout our wait (Muharrem Cavder, Yigitalp Kochisarli & Omer Bayraktar - all lovely) - would recommend staying here!

The fact that we had to wait at the arrival was forgotten fastly. A big plus point for me was that the beach is directly next to the hotel! The animations were always fun! I also did the bachata dance class were I met Gaby Ferreira. Exactly like the other people there she is a warmly and opened person! Also can dance incredibly. At my last night at the Hotel we watched a show (which I also loved) and after I had a beautiful last evening with the staff of the hotel. The hotel created an unforgettable vacation and I would definitely go back there!!!

I always give honest reviews; I cannot fault this hotel and staff. Hotel is spotlessly clean, thanks to the staff working endlessly in extreme heat. The bar staff are great and good fun, Animation team go above and beyond to make you feel special, especially Gabi and Brenner. There is a vast amount of dishes to choose from in the restaurant, which was different each day. We also ate in the Al la carte Turkish and Italian restaurant. Turkish was a lot of meat so may not be to everyone’s taste, the Italian was superb. We were allowed to have one visit to each during our 10 day stay included in our package. Location is great, had our own private beach. Plenty of sun beds around the pool, no need to reserve with towels (although some did). Lovely big pool, there’s an additional pool with a water slide which we didn’t go to as we went as a couple. My only small gripe is that bathrooms are a little dated and would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than stepping over quite a high bath. This is obviously a personal preference. I would suggest taking euros as you seem to pay more when paying in Turkish lira. We never return to anywhere we have previously visited but I think that may change now after staying at the Hydros.

The behaviour of the staff certainly makes the hotel undeserving of a 5* rating, I would often go and reserve myself a table with a drink and then the staff would just remove it leaving me in a crowded hall to look for a new one (which is practically impossible, I sometimes had to either sit in the way of people walking if at all) not to mention how the quality of the food has drastically decreased throughout my stay, the food was burnt more often then not, desserts were dry with only the icing to give it some moisture, macarons would break on the outside under the lightest pressure ( signalling the batter was over mixed) fries were soggy and greasy. Those are only a few major flaws with the food. The hotel only provides 1 blanket for a 2 person room meaning I had the sleep without one the first night. Place is almost always out of towels, they tell you to come later just to tell you the same thing later. But at least it’s close to the beach. Other then some other things it’s okay but I kinda feel like my money was wasted.

Just visited the wonderful AQI Hydros in Kemer, we absolutely loved it. The place is spotless, the staff are friendly and always make sure you are ok. The guest relations team are outstanding, anything they can do for you, they try their best to accommodate. We are staying in a club double, it’s perfectly placed for the pool, reception area, bars and restaurants. The food is beautiful here, freshly made and a lot of choices. Being vegetarian, I’m always aware that I might not have a huge selection of choice when away but I really did not struggle here. I addition to the main buffet restaurant, there’s a snack bar and two al a carte restaurants (Italian and Turkish) which both can be visited once during a 7 night stay. There’s something for everyone. It’s a popular spot for both the Polish and Russians with a few Germans and English in the mix, they want us from the uk to go. The entertainment team are wonderful, full of fun getting everyone involved in the activities without putting pressure on if it’s not for you. The Miss Hydros entertainment was particularly hilarious. They offer lots of room types so there’s something for all family sizes. The club doubles are nearer the facilities and the family rooms are located at the quieter end of the hotel. All immaculate in cleanliness and comfort. They have a few accessible rooms available here with walk in showers and there’s ramps all around the complex. The beach has a jetty that you can jump from into the beautiful clear sea, you can always do your sun baking on there if you like. The beach is a pebble beach and the hotel boasts the longest patch in the area, the sea is crystal clear and is easy to access from the steps on the Pier. The views overlooking the sea are beautiful. The team do a bbq night for the Tui guests in a garden at the rear of the hotel once a week, a lovely gesture and I can promise you won’t be hungry, it was great to meet all the other guests, we really enjoyed it. The main restaurant is a buffet style with lots of choice and all very fresh with live cooking stations. The Italian and Turkish restaurants menus are served to your table. The snack bar is near the pool and beach and you order the food you want to your table. There’s also a fish restaurant at an extra charge but we didn’t visit this as it’s not our taste. Pool areas are spotless also, we stayed around the entertainment pool as we liked the location and the company. There’s a quieter pool and a smaller pool with a couple of slides that my lot found fun and there’s a baby pool with a sun shade over for added protection. I can honestly say I’ve never been to a hotel that has been able to keep the pool as clean as these guys do! The bar areas are clean and the main bar is by the pool, there’s a coffee and tea area on the end where you can either help yourself at the machine or have your Turkish tea and coffee made. There is also a sports bar area that has air con and this opens of an evening. Y

Lovely hotel, beautifully clean rooms and pools. We loved that there are 2 pools, 1 for relaxing and 1 which is more lively. Food was amazing, so much choice which catered for all. TUI BBQ was lovely touch, guest services guy was very helpful. All staff very friendly. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Very clean hotel right on the beach. Food is very good and the al a carte restaurants were amazing. They do things like fresh corn,turkish ice cream, baked alaska, and cocktails around the pool. Rooms were sufficient with good air conditioning. The grounds are beautiful. Full entertainment programme throughout the day with very friendly staff, Especially Amen, Kelly, and mert. Games and activities including boules, archery, shuffle board, aqua, volleyball and water polo. Evening entertainment was good and varied. Beach is impeccably clean but bring beach shoes as its stony but you can enter off the pier via steps or jump. Close location to the shops, market and bars. Reception and guest services staff very efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I like everything. good service and staff, entertainment programs do not let you get bored. I came here with my boyfriend and we'll come back here again. thank you very much to all the staff of this hotel. thank you very much all animation and kadir ✌✌

Lovely hotel, very secure, there is so much food all day, very good coffee at the tea room. There is a gym, it's not a commercial gym but they have heavier dumbbells plus a nice cable machine, which let you train very good. We didn't touch our wallets during all our stay and actually it ended up cheaper than the other places we stayed at which were not all inclusive. Plus, this was the most affordable 5 star all inclusive hotel in the area. Special thanks to Baris Uygur who were mainly at the snack restaurant and has been very helpful to us. He accommodated us at the restaurant after we hungrily checked in, minutes to closing, brought us food then the following days he also shared the activities around, program and gave more tips to enjoy our stay more.
