Я оплачивала номер с завтраком, когда заселялась в отель узнала, что завтраков нет. Во -первых меня обманули при бронировании,ведь я оплачивала завтраки, во-вторых, было очень неудобно, холодильника нет, чайника нет, магазинов рядом по близости нет. Приходилось тратить время на поиски питания

To begin with, I would like to say that it was a pleasant surprise for us that the hotel has a swimming pool)
The pool is great, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. There are tables where you can do something.
Many thanks to administrator Volkan for his kindness, positivity and friendliness. Overall the hotel staff is very good. The guys are always ready to help. If you need a knife or a plate, you can get it all from the staff without any problems.
There is hot water (for tea, doshiki), unlimited tea and coffee.
Breakfast costs 200 liras per person, but we didn’t take it, so I can’t say much about it (there were definitely dishes with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage, olives, hard-boiled eggs, jams, butter, bread - ala Turkish breakfast).
When we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor - you could step over the balcony and find yourself on the street. The lock on the balcony door was broken and the door would not close. In the first hour, Volkan quickly fixed everything.
The room is not that great. It’s dirty, there’s a hole in the floor instead of a shower/bath, which is why after taking a shower the entire floor is wet.
There is no cleaning as such, but you can request it if you wish.
They only give you one card per room, so you won’t be able to leave your condo.
There are also no trash cans in the room. One small one is in the shower, but, of course, it’s not enough.

The pool was not working. The rooms are cleaned if you ask. But I can’t say anything about the quality of cleaning. The staff is friendly.

The location is good and the prices are affordable, but unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service. We didn't like the breakfast buffet, at least it could have been a pastry. There was nothing but ready-made small packages.

The receptionist was not smiling at all. The welcome was bad. The room was not very clean. Sinks were dirty. There was no toilet paper. Hot water has been reduced. There were no slippers. Laundry sets were dirty. I do not like.

Caner hotel is in a great place with its location, in the center of Kemer, close to everywhere, affordable rooms, a nice pool, a peaceful and quiet place, we liked it very much, but it also had breakfast. We didn't do it because we left early. I recommend Caner Hotel.

I was booking in with the young guy at reception who was fine when someone walked up behind me and stuck their nose in my backpack. I'd already had my wallet snatched in Antalya so I did not appreciate this and told the guy to get lost It turned out it was the owner and suddenly the hotel was full according to him but I didn't care as I don't think it's okay to stay in a hotel where the owner or anyone else has such interest in your personnel belongings.

stayed in this hotel for 9 days; the pipes are leaking and dirty pipe outlets from shower and sink are open and smell. They never clean them. There is no hangers in the wardrobe, so no possible to put any clothes, and a member of staff said on my request that hotel management asked them to remove all hangers. So the hotel is saving money even on hangers, do not mention to repair and clean the pipes or taps. In a room next to mine a drunk couple was fighting whole night and broke their glass door and I could not sleep at all. However on my request to give me another room a member of staff replied that all rooms are occupied. That was not true as I checked online and saw that rooms are available. If you want to have peaceful holiday, avoid this hotel останавливались в этом отеле на 9 дней; трубы текут, а грязные сливные отверстия от душа и раковины открыты и пахнут. Они никогда их не чистят. В шкафу нет вешалок, поэтому нельзя положить какую-либо одежду, и на мою просьбу сотрудник сказал, что руководство отеля попросило их убрать все вешалки. Так что отель экономит деньги даже на вешалках, не говоря уже о ремонте и чистке труб или кранов. В соседней комнате пьяная парочка всю ночь дралась и разбила стеклянную дверь, и я никак не могла уснуть. Однако на мою просьбу предоставить мне другую комнату сотрудник ответил, что все комнаты заняты. Это было неправдой, так как я проверил онлайн и увидела, что номера есть.
