Just Returned from a 2 weeks All Inclusive at this Hotel , Rated by The On Beach Tour Company & Jet 2 , as 3 + Star ,( Most Def Not ,) On the + Side The Staff are Very Friendly & Most Helpful & it has a Nice Swimming Pool + a Free Shuttle Bus to the main Shopping Centre in Kemer a few times a Day , But Other Than That , It Is in my Opinion its a 2 Star Rated Hotel at Best , Very Tired Rooms , Food Def not Catering for The Brits / with No Labels Describing what Is on the Buffet , only 2 Coffee Machines Available All Day that Are always breaking down , Ice Cream is only available if Paid for , Fresh Orange juice Is only available for 2 Euros Extra per glass , Non Alcoholic Beer is charged at 4 euros a bottle , No Tonic Water is Available ,The Pool Bar is open From 11 am until 10 pm at night after that ALL Drinks have to be Paid for , & This is supposed to be All Inclusive / Entertainment just 2 nights a weeks & is sadly not Brill , The Lobby Bar & Lounge is all closed up ,so there is nowhere other than around the Pool one can sit with friends chatting away from the Music & general Noise . Reported some Poo on Roof looking down from our Balcony ,but 3 days later it had still not been removed , , We Def Will not go there again ,

Arrived here on July 5 , as we checked in firstly the lady at the front counter didn’t have change for my USD she gave me back in Turkish currency which wasn’t ideal for us but didn’t have any choice. After checking in we waited 30-40 minutes past the time they said we could check in at. When we finally got into our room it was hot the floor was still wet from cleaning. There was still hair on the floor. The balcony door didn’t lock, there was some sort of meat bones on the balcony.. maybe from someone feeding the cats 🤷♂️ Was greatly disappointed being we paid good money to stay here. The breakfast was very colorful but the fruit had zero taste. Not sure if this is a common thing in Turkey but disappointed with the breakfast. Staff was fine except there was a guy working here that kept flirting with me!! Firstly I’m here with my wife who is six months pregnant and secondly I’m not GAY!! Every time I’d leave the pool area and head to my room he would follow me out. One time he even followed me up and knocked on our door.. when I answered he looked confused and didn’t really know what to say just stood there and was like aaahhh do you need new towels… no I don’t need fricken towels I’ve been here only two days… overall me and my wife were greatly disappointed!! Not worth the money:

Hotel is kind of new, all furnitures and facilities are new. Very clean hotel and staff is always helpful and smiling. Breakfast is good and products are fresh. Don't except luxury brunches from a pretty and small hotel but all of the options are sufficient and enough to be full and to enjoy. They don't sell alcohol but you can buy and bring or order from market which is so close to hotel your alcohol and can drink in the upper garden at nights (I suggest that). They serve glasses, ice cubes upon your request. Hotel owner is a nice and talkative guy He always check the pulse of the customers and getting feedbacks. Reception is also so helpful they can communicate with you in 4 different languages which are Russian, English, Turkish and German. Housekeeping staff is very kind and they are doing good job. In every hotel you can find something if you put your negative glasses but ensure that even you put it you can find less there. We spent 1 week with my huge family and enjoyed there. Couples, friend groups and families can prefer that hotel.

This hotel is recommended to anyone who likes to spend their vacation in hotels and wants to avoid the large and crowded hotel complexes. The hotel has just about 15-20 rooms (estimated) and thus a very pleasant size. In about a minute you are on a nice shopping street. Right next to the hotel on the same street there are other accommodations, but all of a very pleasant and manageable size, so it has a quiet location. When we arrived, we were very excited about how open the hotel was. Having never seen this type of hotel before we were very taken with the open plan design. The room was clean and kept in a rural older style. Although the bathroom was very small, we got used to it right away and didn't find it a big deal. The staff was always very accommodating and friendly. The hotel owner often spoke with us even in German and fulfilled each of our little extra requests. We enjoyed our stay very much and are very happy to recommend the hotel.

Rooms were ok...spacious and pretty clean...though a few limescale marks in the shower were there for the duration. Food was ok but began to get very repetitive. Same salads that were for lunch was brought back out for dinner. Sometimes only option was the pasta...the little bread table is great , although guests cut their own bread from loafs...how many hands have been on that bread? Dips and spreads...ie hummus were nice, nothing really around the hotel in the way of bars or restaurants, so it was take it or leave it in the hotel. Bar and restaurant staff were great, but the biggest disappointment...bar closed at 11pm...which for a holiday resort is ridiculous! We ordered 2 cocktails at 10.30 and caused a major panic with bar staff...making phone calls to other bar to come tell them what to do, took nearly 30 mins to get the two cocktails...and 4 people to make them. Several people were coming back to hotel every night from walking and told sorry...bar closed...again ridiculous. Took a walk to the beach....grit and stones, packed in like sardines...never went there again..horrible. Hotel didn't cater to UK visitors ..mainly Russian. Entertainment poor apart from the once a week gala night. Would I come back again?....no....not if looking for good food and a decent choice of bars or restaurants outside the hotel.

I recently enjoyed a stay at Armas Gul Beach Resort, and it was a memorable experience. Our seven-day visit was delightful. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help, and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and inviting. The cuisine was exceptional, offering a wide variety of choices every day. The warm hospitality, superb dining, and great location made our holiday remarkable. One point to note is that the staff should be provided with English language training. The animation team was very friendly and welcoming. For those seeking a place to truly unwind and enjoy a vacation, Armas Gul Beach Resort is exceptional. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Armas Gul Resort for anyone visiting Kemer.

We were at the hotel at the end of April 2023. We arrived for the weekend for 2 days. In its price category, the hotel is just 🔥🔥🔥. We were a lot where we were. Girls on the resepschen clever. In the hotel cleanliness and order, food is just excellent meat, chicken, boilers, fish red on grill, creamy sauce, etc. It is on the first shore, the beach is good. In general, I advise, every day in the hotel there is animation and day and evening. Of course, if you go here for 10 days I don't know, somebody might seem bored, but people have rested a full hotel and everyone is happy. In Sneak bar a very delicious pizza, guisele, nagits, fries, shaurma. Beer, cocktails, drinks, etc. all day for a flight. Ice cream is qualitative and delicious. We will come again when possible 🤞🏼

The hotel is not located on the beach, 7 minutes walk from the beach. The car runs to the beach. The area is green and cozy. 2 buildings. Please note that there are rooms without a balcony. The food is good, lots of choice. True fruit is not very. Neither watermelon nor melon was given in autumn. Ice cream is served during lunch and dinner. But in a restaurant with a large number of people - queues and it is difficult to find a free table. Towels are provided, there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach. There are few mattresses. There is a bar on the beach, from drinks - the choice is small, from food - nuggets, burgers, french fries. All. Good hotel, economy option. But Armas beach hotel of the same chain in Kemer for the same price is better.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, though you have to walk past a cemetery. There are beautiful landscapes around the hotel. The food is good. The bar offers beer and wine. The barmaid gives you one glass in the evening, often in plastic cups. The staff is not very friendly. Internet is paid.

EE2380ZG_This is simply a great hotel. I'm still absolutely delighted with it. New, clean, modern, excellent service. To the point: - large clean rooms, large baths. The room has a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, kettle and dishes. Condo, plasma - everything is on the level. The beds are large, the bed linen is new, very nice design. - meals: only breakfast is included - Turkish breakfast is served on a huge plate. To eat it, you have to be very hungry))) But at lunch and dinner, the hotel veranda turns into a restaurant - the food is very tasty, everything is fresh, and some dishes are served like a holiday. If you want fresh fish, order it in advance. The waiters are as fast as they can. Arrive early for dinner to secure a seat - usually all seats are taken. - service: it's just super. They don't speak Russian, they speak English and Norwegian (the hotel is aimed at residents of Scandinavia). The hotel manager will solve any problem and any request in seconds. All the staff are friendly without being intrusive. You get the feeling that you are visiting good relatives))) The rooms are cleaned every day, the hotel is clean. For people with disabilities there is access to the veranda and an elevator. - territory: there is practically no territory, but there is a swimming pool and a small green area. The owners of the hotel built it themselves in 2019 - it’s just like candy. Overall, this is just a great hotel for the money. We had a rest with the family from July 17 to 24. We really didn't want to leave this wonderful place, everyone cried. The hotel is gorgeous, modern, beautiful, with attention to every detail. The territory is clean, well-kept, green. The room is new, clean, tidy, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The food is excellent, everything was delicious: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, fruits, drinks. A large variety of everything - seafood, a million desserts, lots of fruits - everything is impeccable. I would like to dwell separately on the service. In Turkey, the service is always quite good, but here it exceeded absolutely all expectations. The staff here is one big, friendly family, who always do their job at the highest level. The bartenders, waiters, administrators, animation team are all the best. Mahoni from the animation team is so friendly, always with a smile, a sea of positivity, with a special and attentive attitude to each guest, he does his job with soul! There is entertainment for every taste, for every vacationer. Great evening shows, interesting daytime program for both children and adults. The only thing I would like to change is the beach, make it more beautiful, cozy and well-groomed, remove the not very aesthetic awnings, put umbrellas, for example. The pier is very beautiful, with sun loungers, the sea is clean. I highly recommend and tear this place from my heart. I definitely want to come back here. I really enjoyed my time at this resort. The highlight of my stay was the entertainment group. I want to specifically thank Gaby who danced with us every night and was a great instructor during the day! It was a superb experience. We also had so much fun with the rest of the entertainment group like brenner and the rest of the team that I unfortunately do t remember all the names. Thanks everyone for making this holiday special for us:)

This is the best hotel in price-quality ratio, it has everything for a good vacation, quality of food, drinks, service is equal to price. Spa center is good, the beach is small but clean, the food is different enough every day, the coffee machine uses aromatic coffee beans, maybe sweets are not perfect, the pool is not so big, but this hotel left great memories.

We had couples holiday. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great view to swimming pool and mountains. Pool area was amazing, with chilled music and relaxed vibe. Pool bar was serving local alcohol, few different cocktails that we enjoyed a lot. There was plenty of options to choose from buffet menu, optional a la carte restaurant can be booked and serves delicious food. Amazing spa area with a lot of different massage options to choose from also offering packages if you are looking for full relaxation holiday with massages everyday. Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely nice people who made our holiday an amazing experience. I really want to thank everyone who works in hotel for service that you offer.Would definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends. We will be back too!

GGuest UserSome of these reviews honestly make me fear for the intelligence of my compatriots. Let's get one thing out of the way - this is not your usual British Holiday all-inclusive with free-flowing drinks and drunken people roasting by the pool. Thank goodness for that. It has to be said though that the hotel caters mostly for Russian tourists (99% of the visitors are Russian) and that can be felt in some of the interactions with the staff, who have a limited command of English and as such I think can come across as not super nice. I had pleasant interactions with all though. From other reviews I gather that some of the further hotel buildings are terrible, I was in the annex just in front of the hotel and I have no complaints. The room was spacious enough, and while not the height of luxury it had everything I could have needed. The Aircon worked really well and kept the room at a good stable temperature throughout (no bouts of freezing air Vs heat). The balcony was a nice addition though no views so a bit underwhelming. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard and all towels replaced, no complaints about the housekeeping staff. The main hotel building is nice and well maintained. The pool is small but I always saw it empty - probably because there weren't a lot of guests when I visited. Everyone here seems to prefer the beach anyway (as do I). The beach Is on a lovely bit of coastline. Pebbles, but this shouldn't come as a big surprise and appropriate shoes can be purchased in the corner shop. The only issue here is the size of the beach - it's so small that sunbeds have to be placed very close together and there's only so many in the sun. I think I would have found it frustrating in high season, having to move from shade to sunshine and not finding any room. I can imagine how that would impact some people's experience of the place - I would wager the hotel has expanded beyond what is feasible with the extra buildings. The food I found of good quality, with an above average buffet for an all-inclusive. Breakfast choices were limited, but lunch and dinner were fine, with very high quality food, if sometimes a bit bland. I was glad not to see tourist baby foods like chicken nuggets, it caters to people who eat real food. I did miss some Turkish cuisine staples though - no iskender, doner meat once but without pita bread etc. Overall though it was good, and with plenty of seating. I visited the spa and purchased the ”Turkish bath package”, which was pleasant. It seemed a bit too rushed throughout and the staff performing it were nice, but spoke no English so communication was pretty hard. The pricing was a bit much considering it was practically what I paid for the room per night (£40 for the 90 minute package) and the staff were competent but again, a bit rushed. I didn't check the time throughout but found myself back in my room exactly 90 minutes after the appoin**ent, so overall it must have lasted 1hr tops. WiFi was good and with gre

Bulunduğum oda gayet yeterli geniş ferahti. Oda temizliği mükemmeldi. Hergun hizmeti aldım. Çok memnun kaldım. 3..Yemekler; Gayet çeşitli , yeterli, lezzetli. Kuver yeterli.Mutfak personeli, garson ve komiler ilgili nazik. Fırın sorumlusu süper bir insan. 4. Havuz: Yeterli ve bakımlı. Günlük temizliği yapılıyor. Benim 2-3gundur birlikte olduğum ve birlikte masada oturduğum misafirlere gelip sarkmaları hoş değildi. Turizm ortamı farklıdır diye bir literatür gelişmiş, kişiliğimizi ve değerlerimizi kaybetmeyelim. Animasyon şefi Metin 'in benim bayan arkadaslimi birilerine peşkeş cekmesi de üzüntü verici bir hadiseydi.

GGuest UserA good hotel, with an unusual architectural structure, arrived earlier than the time of arrival, but settled at once, the staff of the russian, which was very pleasant, although it is clear that the staff can speak different languages as the rest and foreigners. The rooms are standard but equipped with everything necessary, the bathroom has a fan. There are 2 elevators. The kitchen is local, but from the variety of dishes you can choose according to your taste. Fruits were constant and very delicious baking. Tea, coffee, juice at any time of the day, which saved a lot from the heat. Tables were all enough, and queues waited for free tables were not observed. The sea is near, you go down from the bar down and here it is: lasurious, transparent. On the beach of the lying people is toastful and the music has fun on the beach. All staff are kind and try to make the rest as comfortable as possible. The hotel has hams and qualified masseurs. The hotel is in the center of the city, near the market(in certain days) and shops(where it is necessary to trade), and the seller and buyer are pleasant to communicate.
