I know the front desk closes at 11 p.m., but I already explained in an email: I didn't land until after 11 o'clock and arrived after 12 o'clock. They knew it clearly, but they still didn't keep anyone. After waiting for a long time, the driver came back and then opened the door and went in. At first, the driver refused to give me the room key and asked me to add a late check-in fee of 200 rand. I didn't know this fee and didn't inform it when I placed the order with Ctrip.
