The desk clerk was unfriendly- rude in fact- both at check in and checkout the next day. We were treated as if we were a big imposition and interrupting her day. Also, at one point when I went to use the restroom in our room, I saw a small roach on top of the toilet tank. After finding that, I was on high alert and afraid that if there were more that they’d get in our luggage and we could possibly transport them to our home!!!! It could possibly be that I was already having anxiety over the bug I had found, but it seemed as if I was getting bit during the night as well. Praying there weren’t bed bugs. Will definitely NOT be staying here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Deep cleaning all our things we brought home from this trip.

All of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. One of the beds in the room had broken box springs.

Inside very nice. Outside looks a little scary to be honest. Broken windows, a boarded up window. Needs tons of TLC on the outside

We didn't have many options in this town and we booked very last minute. This place exceeded our expectations in terms of how attentive the staff were. Our room was very clean and exactly what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected. I would stay here again. It was also conveniently located. My only complaint was that the pool was outdoors (and therefore closed, due to weather).

Just here for one night while in town for a family funeral. Hotel is very convenient to several restaurants and there's a Walmart and a Kroger just down the road. Also looks to be a nice nature park with trails across the road that we won't have time to explore, but it's a plus.

breakfast was delicious, very close to parks and lake, nice treat of 10% off nearby restaurants, room smelled like mildew and was immediately offered a new room. Never saw housekeeping and they did not replace dirty linens I had left outside the door.
