The staff and cleaning are top notch, loved these 2 things.
Our TV didn't work and I told the reception twice + that they didn't refill the tea and coffee in the room, so I had to go down and get it myself.
There were no alternatives for breakfast and I had to ask for things several times each day.
The location is great, but a rooftop pool is missing.

What I appreciated most about this hotel was the serenity. There is no noise in the well insulated room as if we were in a very well insulated bubble apart from around the hotel which is very beautiful the dirt from outside around the hotel and some I forget Goodbye maids, otherwise I had a very good stay. The service was perfect. The hotel is very beautiful, very welcoming and very pleasant. I will return to this hotel with great pleasure and without hesitation.

The staff changes often and we find it difficult to communicate with them, especially when we come every two months or so. No parking space available and the street is very busy. Great decline compared to its opening. What a pity ! Unstable WiFi sometimes absent.

is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I went on a sunday for dettsec show and had the best time! Great party atmosphere, the sound system was terrific, the light show and Dj were incredible. We had GUESTLIST entry and waited around 30mins other than this everything perfect.

Came to this hotel to see dettsec. Probably one of the best parties I have visit. Bought tickets ahead of time which I highly recommend. Place was overcrowd, I dont know if its always likw that or it was directly related to the DJ. Drinks are expensive as any other hotel in Kenitra. The lights and sounds are amazing. Place was clean and security were not rude. I would go back anytime!

Went to a Dettsec halloween night at the hotel and loved every minute. Best experience I have had at a party, everything was great and clean, friendly staff. The decoration was just amazing, atmosphere amazing.

I didn't think there was this level of luxury in Kenitra... the 4 stars are well deserved! Apart from the fact that we had an excellent stay, we took photos on site because the decoration is just magnificent and the catering is classy and refined! We will come back without hesitation :)
