Another perfect stay at Mains of Taymouth. Since our first visit in 2014 we have been returning several times a year every year. The location and standard of accommodation is hard to beat. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommended!

This was our fifth visit to Mains of Taymouth and it will be our last. We stayed in the Bothy .Our previous stay 3 years ago was also in the Bothy We love the area .It is beautiful.The accommodation is a different story The Bothy needs a deep, deep clean.It is tired,but more worryingly dirty . The settee, cushions on the bed and sofa are dirty.The rug is filthy .The cleanliness is shocking . A real shame as it is a lively area to visit.We first stayed at Mains of Taymouth 20 years ago in the Bell Tower and it was spotless No comparison at all these days. WiFi was also very poor .Tiny Tv by modern day standards .The oven in the property is incredibly slow and needs replacement .Shower , bathroom needs a massive update , as well as a clean. I would not contemplate staying in Mains of Taymouth again.

The Farmhouse with its 6 en-suite doubles has a level of comfort and luxury guaranteed to ensure an enjoyable and memorable holiday. This family holiday will go down in the family annals as both very special and unforgettable. Add to this Kenmore, Loch Tay and the host of activities available, it would be very hard to beat. Even the weather smiled! We will be back!

Very nice comfortable and clean lodge with all essentials provided. Surroundings and park very tidy, bar and restaurant very nice, on site shop sold a variety of goods from foods to gifts. We hit on for the weather as all week it was gloriously sunny and dry. Loads to see and do in the surrounding area.

Perfect as always! Lovely staff on reception, always very friendly and welcoming. Good accommodation which had everything you need. Lovely maintained grounds. Very pet friendly. Courtyard restaurant was very good too! Will look forward to our next visit!

Stayed at The Gallops & took the dogs. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, clean, lovely and spacious accommodation. Great restaurant, golf course, shop and friendly staff on site. We were so lucky with the weather as it was so warm. There are some brilliant walks nearby, particularly along the River Tay where it turns into a Loch beyond the Kenmore Bridge. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Stayed at 5 Maxwell's. Great visit, accomodation was lovely and very comfortable. Beautiful part of the world. Would recommend the ferryman on the sores of loch Tay for drinks. We had Sunday lunch at the inn on the Tay in grandtully, which was fab.
