Condo is huge, 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and a powder room. Floor to ceilings give a wonderful view. 6 HVAC units with individual controls. Bonus game room. Private elevator access. Quiet, you might think you're the only people in the building.

Wonderful and quiet condo in a small town in Maine. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation in a small town but close to all the major sites Maine. Short drive to the beaches and Kennebunkport. Excellent restaurants are closest. The manager at the condo was very friendly.

Large condo. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located and easy walking to restaurants and stores. The property was small and intimate and in town which is not the norm with most timeshares. A really nice change!

Last month we had a wonderful stay at 84 Main, in Kennebunk, Maine. The rooms were clean, everything functioned well, and we had a lovely balcony overlooking Main Street. Lee was so helpful with his knowledge of the area and also getting our luggage in and out of the unit (we are not young.) It is such a convenient location with parking right outside the rear door of the complex. It was so quiet. We were also able to walk to the many restaurants in the area and a cute little museum down the street. The seaside town of Kennebunkport was about 5 miles away and an easy 10 to 15 minute drive through a wooded area. The old historic sea captains homes along the way were amazing!

The layout of the rooms was great! Very comfortable space with a full kitchen (which we didn’t use). Everything you need for a full week.
One small issue was a small throw rug at the entrance used to cover up a good-size stain in the carpet. The edges were sticking up and it was easy to trip over. Might have recently happened so didn’t have time to have the bedroom carpet thoroughly cleaned.
Otherwise, all was well!

First of all, not a surprise for anyone, they overbook theirs apartments via Booking. They promise a good price, but when they receive an other reservation, they take this one and forgot about the first reservation. They blame it on Booking which is not the case. They are saying that the credit card doesn't pass, but they don't even try to take the money. Probably sure, we're not the fist one with this situation at this hotel...

We booked this property at the last minute and were very excited based on positive reviews from previous guests. It was perfect for our family of 4 -- 2 adults, 2 children. The location was central to everything, easy parking, lights and airy space, comfortable beds, and meticulously clean. Would absolutely book again.
