Front desk was great. We got in after midnight & a large party walked in just ahead of us but the woman at the front desk was so quick that we were in our room in no time. Area was industrial but it was fine for us since we were site seeing at various places. And also a big plus was it being so close to the airport.

Some don’t want to stay by the airport, but it wasn’t a bad drive into New Orleans at all. We did have one issue with towels not being sufficient, but that was remedied immediately. Didn’t care for eggs to always include cheese, but breakfast was as expected otherwise. And the AC made a weird noise that sounded like a door opening, so that was a bit disturbing. But I felt safe, there were no odors or bugs. The room was as expected and staff was friendly accommodating.

This was a nice place to stay. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The thing I really appreciated was that housekeeping did not come banging at the door at check out time. The only thing wrong was housekeeping did not remove the used piece of soap in the shower. The bathroom was cleaned but i honestly think they didnt look up and get the soap.
