Very beautiful place, cool pool, but very old plumbing, and not a clean room with a lizard. The staff is friendly, but the houses need renovation

Attractive bungalows set on a hill overlooking the sea and behind is the national park. Only minutes away from the famous crab market and restaurants. This is a a very relaxing place to stay unfortunately they have destroyed the mangrove forest and brought in dirt to reclaim land if they continue this practise they will destroy what is best about this part of Cambodia.

At a walking distance from the crab market and the entrance of the national park this resort. Restaurant have few options but the staff were very nice to cook for us when we arrived a bit late. Good value for money in general and good wifi to work remotely in the room. Recommended by a friend

Lovely room with air conditioning. Lovely swimming pool with associated sunbeds for free use. You can eat both breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, and the food is of super good quality! Very friendly people who work and own the place, we were even allowed to check in a little earlier without extra charge.

Walked in off the street after staying at a poor hotel for one night. Very pleasant French couple run the place and the bungalows are clean with basic amenities. Bacon, eggs, toast and coffee provided for breakfast for $US3. Great value! One complaint is the water system in the shower could be improved. WiFi is great. Highly recommended if you want a big, clean swimming pool and peace and quiet. You’d probably get the bungalow cheaper if you booked online.

Very cute bungalow in the middle of the greenery. Very pleasant swimming pool, discreet, smiling and efficient staff. The owners of the place are French. Possibility of renting a scooter on site, very useful on Kep.
