I think the service was excellent. the Staff were very friendly. The pool is massive and so beautiful. My friend and I stayed in the mountain view room, but there is a resort behind this resort, so there was music in afternoon so couldn't nap and also a rooster too which woke us up every morning. Kep beach is a 20min walk, so it's suggested to get a tuk tuk for 2 dollars. The onsite restaurant and Bar was perfect too. Our room bathroom isn't 100% concealed as there was a blind, also our bathroom door squeeked noises so when my friend and i used the bathroom it was noisy.

Stayed 2 nights here as part of a cycling tour, it is a very comfortable clean hotel with a huge pool and good food. Bed was comfortable and it had a good shower. Nice pool side bar and restaurant. Well worth a visit to Rabbit Island and the Crab Markets. The Lida Khmer massage that comes and gives in room massages is also excellent.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Cambodia. Comfortable room, wonderful views from the rooftop restaurant/bar over the bay. Large, clean pool that the children really enjoyed. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great room, beautiful swimming pool, very good restaurant. They even made us takeaway paninis for breakfast because we were leaving at 5am for Vietnam. The only downside is the receptionist who runs to check the room before letting us leave. A really nice hotel that just needs a professional manager to reorganize the hotel staff a little and repair details like the toilet shower turned off because it leaks, the safe that doesn't work, the telephone either, the bay very hard to close glass...Beautiful decor and magnificent view from the balcony of the sea and the small islands of Kep. At the restaurant the perfect waiter and the chef cooks very well. Fair price, a little more expensive than elsewhere in the restaurant but it is very good and well served. We will come back.
