I had a great stay here. A nice place right in front of the beach, with sea view from my room.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me book the bus to Kampot, and the day trip to Rabbit island. They also allowed me to check in a bit earlier and helped me do a laundry.
Hot water in the shower was slow, but not a big deal. Nice decoration in the room and around the facility.

The manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!

Très belle vue face à la mer Hôtel méritant d’être rénové , les chambres sont grandes mais les meubles datent et sommaires, eau aléatoire dans la salle de bains. L hôtel manque d entretien dans son ensemble, dommage il pourrait être bien car son emplacement est très bien

Such a great location.. right beside the beach and a lovely stroll to the Crab market. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and food was great! Thank you for a wonderful 3 day stay in your sweet hotel TWO HAPPY CANADIANS!

This quaint, Cambodian-run hotel was a delight...and there is no better location, directly across from Kep beach. We had excellent service from friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We live in Phnom Penh and will DEFINITELY plan another trip to this location.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. Our rooms were located on the 2nd level overlooking the sea with beautiful sea breeze in the evening and 180 degree view across the bay. The included breakfast provided ample choice with good size helpings. Recommend Tuk Tuk driver Sol was very polite and helpful and also arranged our trip to Rabbit Island. If climbing stairs are a problem suggest requesting a room on level 1
