Kamar bersih lokasi d pusat kota sarapan pagi ok cuma pelayanan petugas krg smile kurang ramah ..

The room is clean, the location is in the city center, breakfast is ok, only the service from the smiling staff is not friendly...

Lebaran yg berkesan, kamar bersih dan nyaman, kamar cukup longgar untuk 4 orang, ada sofa yg bisa dipakai rebahan dan 2 meja yg fungsional

Impressive Eid, clean and comfortable room, room is spacious enough for 4 people, there is a sofa that can be used to lie down and 2 functional tables

I stayed in executive rooms ( Room no. 103 )   The rooms is clean enough, no water hitter , air con is not working well,   Reception looks like not friendly to every guest but there is bell boy who's serviced us is friendly and better service then reception.   Rooms service was poor , service with bad and dirty cloth under the foods , honestly their not giving the service properly. I hope the managment will improve the service and not happen again in the future.

I suggest or recommend you for not stay at this hotel. Cleanliness very very bad. Hospitality from the staff is very very very bad. I complain on the AC, he said that the Engineering Staff already back home. And there is no improvement unless I pay another Rp.80.000 for upgrade to next category. The room was like the hotel already 30 years old. But the staff said is less than 10 years old. I said that this hotel is already 30 years old. They put fragrance on the room and the also put fragrance at the pillow and your bed. Not recommend to stay at this hotel. With the same rate, you can stay at better hotel, such as Puri
