+ Location as a base for Eifel tours. + Room itself fine (unfortunately a continuous toilet) + Friendly staff. - After dinner in the restaurant both suffered from vomiting and stomach cramps for 2 days. - There seems to be a major shortage of staff: * Restaurant during dinner waiting times were too long. * During breakfast many items were not refilled on time, coffee machine empty and long wait for refill, long wait for a free table. 1 lady who had to keep track of everything and had to run her legs off and simply could not keep up. * Cleaning service was not carried out, bag with towels on the doorknob while a complete service was requested. All in all a disappointing experience and not worth repeating.

Geen airco, geen raam dat open kan. Vreselijke slapeloze nacht gehad. Kleine ventilator die totaal geen verkoeling gaf. Dit kun je niet verkopen aan klanten die flink betalen voor een hotelkamer. Een receptionist die nergens te bekennen is. Nooit weer!

Het ontvangst was prima en het ontbijt buffet was goed verzorgd. En dan houden de positieve punten op. Te warme kamer (defecte airco) met een te kleine waaier voor de verkoeling. De badkamer stonk naar rook. En helaas niemand aan de receptie om uit te checken. Deurkaart moest op de balie gelegd worden na telefonisch contact. Hier zullen wij niet terugkomen. Helaas is dit de slechtste Fletcher ervaring tot nu toe.

Geen frisse lucht. Geen mogelijkheid om raam open te zetten. Bloedheet dus slecht geslapen. Batterij van de afstandsbediening tv was leeg, dus ...... .je kon naar 1 zender kijken. De matrassen van het bed waren ook niet lekker. Je gaat naar een hotel voor een lekkere nachtrust, slecht bed en bloedheet. Ga hier nooit meer naartoe.

Hotel zonder airco en geen mogelijkheid een raam te openen. Alleen een kleine losse ventilator. Bedompte kamer zonder frisse lucht. Ongezond! Schimmels in hoeken douche. Geen lagere kamerprijs aangeboden als compensatie. Schandalig

Very friendly and helpfull staff! Bar was closed during Pinkpop which is a shame because you want to enjoy a drink after a festivalday of work/visiting. Not every room is as clean as the other with some stains in the carpet for example. My biggest complaint is that there are plenty of rooms where it is unable to open windows and there is no airconditioning so some rooms are extremly hot and stuffy. Don't go to this hotel if you have anything like asthma for example.

Op 29 juni samen met mijn vader zouden we één nachtje overnachten. Op de kamer was het bloedheet ( 30 graden). Ramen kunnen in dit hotel niet open. Op de kierstand zetten kon vastgezet worden met een bekertje. Een ventilator daar moesten we het dan maar meedoen. In April ook al dezelfde smoes ze zijn met de airco mee bezig toen kon de deur ook niet open. Nu hetzelfde verhaaltje we kregen géén andere kamer want we hadden nou eenmaal via vakantieveiling geboekt. Een hoekje lucht moest de kamer koeler maken. Op de gang en bij de receptie staat de airco wel aan. We werden bij de receptie door de manager verschrikkelijk te woord gestaan toen ik vroeg na een oplossing. Ik check je gewoon uit! Dit probleem is jaar in jaar uit. Vele slechte recensies zou Fletcher hotel eigenlijk moeten sluiten. Om maar niet te hoeven na te denken mocht er ooit brand uitbreken ( zoals in 2023 in de keuken). Je kan géén kant meer op.
