The room was large with dated furniture. In our room there was a sink and the bathroom was shared. Friendly receptionist is available. Great location if you have a car.

Had an excellent and spacious economy room in a beautiful building. Good shower facilities. The employees at the reception are courteous. Asked for a kettle and were immediately asked if we also wanted cups and tea bags. From here we were able to continue with the Dutch Mountain Trail, wonderfully rested.

In kamer; 2 grote spinnen, overal spinnenwebben, geen kledingkast voor ＞1 personen, kit douchecabinetegels los, tientallen dode vliegen in raamkozijn, uit haken hangende gordijnen, vieze wastafel dop, veel tv zenders niet beschikbaar, geen stopcontact in buurt badkamer voor föhn (+-1.5m)

You don't get appropriate comfort in return for what you pay. Also in the breakfast room it is very noisy, seems like a school cantine. Too bad as the site and region of Kerkrade, Vaals, Aachen has plenty of nice things to offer for people who love to cycle or walk.

Gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr netten Angestellten, nahe zu Aachen, sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit großem Garten und Innenhof, abends schönes Restaurant und Bar mit schönem Ambiente. Ein Ort, bei dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Ich bin seit Jahren hier Gast.

we had to pay the hotel 100% upfront because other guests didn`t pay. reception had their instruction we were told! Why did I book on my credit card? I had to stop working to get my wife into the room sitting and waiting in her car! Invoice was a drama. I had to pay 100% upfront but did not get the invoice....house roules to get it when leaving (we left on 4.07 and still did get only proforma invoice hotel rule again)..... we went for dinner to the restaurant. We´ve been instructed at the restaurant to pre book a table at reception, so we went back. There we did get a card saying 19:00 hrs you can go for dinner which we did ...... payment at the restaurant. We did order starters and main course. We payed e.g. ca 13€ for non cooked mushrooms an cold asparagus starter -＞ joke. Served by a trainee. We wanted to have a quiet evening after all these rules. Nothing written in the menu that it is raw. So we decided next two days to eat externally. Cleanliness of rooms ...... bathroom ??? Nice building, nice area ......but .... Never had such a treatment before! Don´t want to have it again!

Wij misten een afval bak voor het ontbijt waar we de afval in kwijt konden. De spijlen waar we onze handdoeken(badkamer)op hangen was niet schoon. Wij misten een koffiezet apparaat. De prullenbak werd niet geleegd. En misschien een prullenbakje op de kamer. De bedden werd niets aan gedaan. Niet recht getrokken. Helaas ook jullie zitten met te weinig personeel.
