This hotel is quite impressive, all the area in the room is clean. And the bed was so good. I could sleep very well. The ambience and vibes of javanese hotel and instruments along the lobby is very nice, and also smell good. I am so happy and would come back again any soon.

Highly recommended for those of you who need to stay in Cilacap city. Not expecting it would be this cool 👏 The studio plus room can directly see the view of Turtle Bay beach and the island opposite. Google Nest is really something ❤️ Smart TV and Netflix are amazing. Pool with roof makes it not too hot to swim in broad daylight. The staff is really good, food orders via ojol are delivered directly to the room by the staff. The restaurant is also OK.

I've decided to stay at Surya Yudha by recommendation from family-friend as it was one of the biggest and best hotel in South Purwokerto area. At a glance you could tell that the hotel mostly aimed for business traveler with the business facilities and size of the building. So, here are the good sides of the stay (+) Quick, efficient, and friendly process: front gate security, doorman, front desk, breakfast F&B team, phone service. You've got trained team. They represent the hospitality of the hotel in which made my stay truly comfortable and trustable. (+) Location was nice. There is a mini mart in front of the hotel just accross the street. Also a street food vendor. Decently located nearby city in which take about 10 minutes to Alun-Alun (City Center Area) using online transportation service. It's also quiet during the night. (+) Cleanliness! Needless to say further. Below were the things which could be improved further: (-) The toilet door stucked most of the times since the upper hinges got loosen up. (-) Leaking bidet spray (\•_•/) (-) Incomplete amenities; we didn't have any soap bar on first day. (-) Breakfast Menu. Investment on display ice box could boost the display of breakfast and quality of food. The vegs had turned to yellow color and the fruits became mushy due to warm temperature. Varieties could improved further since the same food appeared on our 2nd day breakfast compare to the 1st day. (-) GYM. Please take this as a constructive feedback: rather than buying another expensive machines, maybe you may add some tools such as stretcher, yoga mat, ball, hulahoops, etc. In overall, the reason I gave 3 stars was because the stay met my standard but did not exceed further expectations nor it was disappointing. It is what it is for the half price that I paid since the occupancy was low. As I wrote on the comment paper, there's more detail oriented needed to make people want to come back and stay in the same hotel. Besk of luck!

@hom quip appeared stuck in 2014. At that time, it was still rarely good hotels in Cilacap located quite strategic on the main road. The facilities here are not too many but comfortable enough to stay here with the rooms that are not too large but the offered prices are very cheap and the advantage of this hotel is the breakfast menu that is very varied and delicious. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool here. But for the service here is very good.

The best 3 star hotel in town for now. Good location hotel. Few minutes to Alun-Alun, Train Station, Seaport and walking distance to Mini Market, Restaurants (Satay Tiga Saudara, Satay Marawi & Fried Chicken). My train arrived early morning so not sure can get early check in. Highly appreciated to Bpk Umar in front office to allow me early check in at 10.30am considering sleepless in the train. My room with twin bed is not ready yet but he offer me switch to another room with king bed. I am really impress with the solution. He also help me to get another 5 rooms for my Japanese guests (walk in reservation). He is very good guy, friendly and helpful. He allow me to late check out until 1.30pm considering my train to Jakarta at 2.30pm. The room is big for 3 star hotel with simple minimalist design. Bath room with shower. Standard toiletries provided like shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush & cotton bud (no hair dryer). Breakfast mix between western & traditional food. We can choose table in door for no smoking and outdoor for smoking (pool side). Will stay again for next visit to Cilacap.
