Another fantastic stay with Jon, Emma and family. Room fantastic, shower amazing . As always a fantastic breakfast ,great choice and quality. Sets you up for a great day exploring the lakes. Greystoke house is situated only a few minutes walk from the centre of Keswick and all it has to offer. Couldn't ask for more. Be back next year 😀😀

Well located in Keswick just a few streets away from the main street with plenty of on street parking. Room was comfortable and clean, shower was great. Breakfast was delicious, loved the preorder form and the selection of local jams. Owners were friendly and helpful recommending different walks.

A fabulous guest house in which to explore Keswick. Breakfast each morning was delicious especially the fresh milk and the amenities within the house were of good quality. The bed and pillows were good and the area was quiet for sleeping. Many thanks Jon for a fabulous stay at Greystoke.

Great accommodation, with fabulous hosts, superb breakfasts, and really can't do enough for you. Parking is available on the street on the same block and the location is brilliant. 2 minutes walk from cinema, 5 minutes to town centre, a really good central location 👍

Great location. Super hosts and top breakfast. Been really helpful with a Loan of maps and advice to explore the local area. The rooms are warm and clean and well stocked with teas , biscuits etc. The shower was always hot and was powerful for a refreshing shower at any time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Greystoke House and I hope I will go there again next year. I felt very comfortable in the very nice furnished room, which was very well maintained. The location is fantastic, very close to the town centre and only a few footsteps from the next bus stop .

Great option for a solo traveler. The breakfast was fine and I got to try the black pudding and Marmite sauce( although not my type). It's a 12 mins walking distance to the downtown bus station and the neighbourhood is very quite at night.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Everything was perfect, despite the hosts being one person down due to an injury. Lovely decor in bedroom, very comfy bed and great shower. Special shout out to the great, user friendly handles on the cups in the rooms!😉
