Had a lovely stay second time for us Matt is a lovely host. Rooms are great beds so comfy. Breakfast is great plenty of choice from fruit , cereal, toast and cooked breakfast, tea coffee and juices would recommend 100% to anyone. Location is minutes into Keswick on road parking pot luck if you get close but we didn’t have a problem

The guesthouse is simple but has everything you need and perfect for what we were looking for, clean and inviting. Very close to town centre and the park. What made this for us was the helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts, I travelled with my 5 year old son and they embraced us and were not even slightly put off by me bringing a child along. Matt facilitated all our needs (especially multiple requests for getting bikes in and out of secure storage!). We were given excellent recommendations and the breakfast each day was a fantastic start to the day. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again. Matt and Eric

Matt and his partner are excellent and welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Salisbury house. We had a spacious and clean room and the bed was so soft and comfortable (so important!). It was lovely waking up in the morning to views of Latrigg. Breakfast is superb, plenty of options and cooked to order. The guest house is well placed and 5 minutes walk into the centre of Keswick. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone.

We have been twice now to this hotel and really enjoy staying , they love dogs which is a big bounce...... we will be returning again in the future , great location only 5-10min walk in to town with great views and the host are so great nothing to much trouble for them . they do a great breakfast

We had a warm welcome and a very comfortable room. It was a good size, sparkling clean, a very comfy bed and a super soft sofa. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and cooked to order. The additional lovely touch was a carefully wrapped piece of Matt's lush homemade cake he sent us away with. We'd definitely go back if we're in Keswick.

Room very clean and contains everything you need for your stay. Well presented breakfast with quality ingrediants. 5 minute walk to town centre which has lots of bars, pubs and restaurants. The chips at the keswickian chippy are the best ever. Derwent lake is a 15 minute stroll away passing the park.

Vicinissima al centro di Keswick, la camera è piacevole, i letti comodi, il bagno adeguato. Colazione buona, anche se non eccezionale, con marmellatine industriali. E' gestita da due maschi, e quello che ha fatto gli onori di casa ci ha regalato una fetta di torta per il viaggio. Molto gentile. Si è però dimenticato della difficoltà a collegarsi ad Internet, e ho dovuto risolvere da solo. Non consiglierei di utilizzare Agoda per la prenotazione, come ho fatto io, perchè ad ogni richiesta rivolta alla struttura, o non ho avuto risposta da Agoda, o l'ho avuta dopo ripetute telefonate al centralino di Agoda. Estenuante. Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in strada, perchè c'è sempre tutto pieno. Valutazione fra tre e quattro, ma dò comunque voto quattro.

Very clean and excellent breakfast. Made welcome on arrival and great tea tray along with bathroom accompaniments. Sunny bedroom aspect and early check in was available.late keys were also offered. Booked through booking. Com and reviews were true

Faultless again. This was our 2nd stay over at this gorgeous guest house. Matt & Paul are fantastic and go above and beyond to serve you the best of everything, so welcoming. Breakfast perfect everything served hot and to perfection. Bread pudding gift also delicious. Thanks Guys ...
