Super 8 by Wyndham Ketchikan

This hotel is old, rundown, and very dated accommodations. It is, at best, a place of last resort, to stay at. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay in a place that cares about its business and its guests!!

The place was dirty and lacked matience done on the property probably ever and the first day there was no coffee at the breakfast

As always, staff is great and accommodating. Was able to order great Mexican food from nearby restaurant. And the next night pizza from close by pizzeria. I highly suggest the king rooms. Enjoy.

The property was very dated- cigarette burns in the 70s or 80s carpet. Weird, not pleasant smell, the shower did not turn on. But the faucet was very new, as were the lamps. When we mentioned the shower not working, we were told we had to “pull really hard.” It was a place to stay and the bed was actually comfortable, but I won’t stay here again.

The staff was very nice. The room was not very clean and the surrounding rooms were very loud.

Signage was pretty non existent unless you are looking in the eighth spot up and an angle. Outside of hotel looked depressing and made us uneasy about our stay. Room was fine and comfortable. Bathroom had some issues.

It’s very convenience place in Ketchikan

Just stayed for one night while waiting for my cruise to embark. Even so, the toilet seat was broken. Faucets in both sink and bath corroded so very very hard to operate. the only thing saving me from giving it an even lower rating was that the front desk staff was good.

It was clean and quiet. Badly in need of new furniture and renovations. My first room was non-smoking but was stinky with smoke and the dead-bolt didn’t work so got a new room and there was no smoke and the deadbolt worked. A little concerned about safety at first because building looking like it was not cared for but it was quiet and non-eventful.
