Good stay in hotel , personnel is good attitude, shuttle bus to downtown is perfect to plan my vacation visiting all attractions, good facilities cleanliness fridge and microwave in room also coffeemaker

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.

Great pool area and great location to key west. Buffet breakfast totally worth it too

The attitude of the hotel's front desk service staff is very good, and the hotel environment is also very good. When you open the window, you can see the blue sky and white clouds. It is very close to various attractions. We booked a room type with breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel is not worth more than 3,000 yuan, facing the main road, there is no view, there is a rooster crowing at 5 o'clock in the morning, it is impossible to train, the elevator is only on the fourth floor, and there is no response after pressing it for a few minutes

We enjoyed our stay, I was signed up for a specific room, which might have been my fault, and when I came in a 2nd time to ask if our room was ready at check in time, the staff member asked me if I had to have this specific room, which I did not. I think we would have gotten into our room earlier if the original lady that checked me in would have asked that same question. She said it would be about an hour, but it was 2 hours after 4pm, which I had to go in and ask about the room.

Pictures are so misleading, there is no good view from this hotel, it’s in the main road with lots of traffic. Rooms are way smaller in size once inside. And overall it’s not the Hilton I am use to it gives me motel 6

The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. We ate breakfast in the hotel and the buffet included juices, cereals, eggs, fresh fruits, pastries and bread, oatmeal and other hot dishes. It was a good value and good variety. We applied our $15 credit to breakfast. The hotel charges a daily resort fee, but you can apply $15 daily credit to food/beverages/etc within the hotel. We used the free shuttle to get back and forth from the hotel and downtown area, it runs all day long. There’s a Starbucks within short walk from hotel. The pool and pool bar looked nice too! I would definitely stay here again.

Staff (behind the desk) gave different answers to same question regarding the $15.00 daily room credit . They should be on the same page. The room was clean

the hotel rooms were way overpriced for what they were. The room was not updated and tile floor very dirty. The least you could offer is a free breakfast for this price. I realize this is Key West, but at the very least this was a $120 a night room.

It's a bit far from downtown, where all the actions are at, but luckily the hotel offers shuttle bus service that operates by the hour, really makes getting around easier. Very quite, and very close to the airport.

Very convenient location, easy access, friendly check in and out, easy parking on premises, comfortable beds, large and spacious bathroom, nice balcony. Recommend for a short stay in the area.

Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Carlos in the lobby was a huge help with pointing out good restaurants, museums and cruises. Room was adequate but bathroom shower handle was tricky to set on hot water. Hotel is near busy street so beware of road noise. Also know that a rooster does start crowing very early in the morning, so get earplugs! There is a free shuttle to the center of town that does fill quickly. Overall a good experience here.

Expensive breakfast for items that are standard in most hotels and resort fees simply because there is a pool. Clean and quiet enough considering the location. Adequate and safe parking. This was a business trip so would stay again. Would not chose for a vacation
