There were stains in the bed sheet. Birds feathers coming out when we put fan. No car facility available. They dont even arrange a car for dropping. And you wont get any vehicle if you stand in-front of hotel. You have to jump a barricade. Nothing special about the hotel. Not worth for the amount we paid.

We had two bedrooms and both mattresses were full of lice and bugs. When we told them about the problem, they just turned the mattress over. Then they showed us two more rooms and the mattresses there too were full of lice. We immediately abandoned the facility and didn't even get a refund! Agoda didn't help us to get the money back.We have been traveling for 30 years but such a thing has never happened to us! We shot a video to document what happened.
