This place does not worth it to stay not clean alot of problems in the rooms lizards 🦎 inside the room mouse 🐁 in the room not clean staff not available at the time of need

We had a very good time here everything was excellent the view was amazing and the service we had from the lady who worked there was excellent would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again

For us, the second-floor bed was not used at all. It was difficult to go up and down. But if you come with children, you have to be careful about going up and down. It's beautiful and clean, but we went during the renovation period. There were workers going in and out in front of the resort all the time. The way up and down is not suitable for low-loaded cars. There are potholes. If you are not good at driving up and avoiding the potholes, then stay for now. Wait for them to finish the renovation and then stay. The view is beautiful. There is fog in the morning. The atmosphere is good. There are only a couple of problems. I forgive you. 🤍

It is a resort with a beautiful view, a real jacuzzi, and very hot water like a real onsen. The room can sleep 4 people. I think the price is very cheap compared to other accommodations that have the bathtub.

This can only be regarded as a B&B. Overall, there is no service at all. The room pictures look beautiful, but the inside is stained. Apart from a jacuzzi with no privacy outside, there are no other facilities at all.
The room on the second floor of the building looks beautiful and can accommodate 4 people. In fact, the stairs leading upstairs are so narrow that it is impossible to step on them firmly and it is extremely dangerous.
The outdoor jacuzzi is very dirty, full of dust and mud
There are also traces of water leakage on the ceiling and walls of the room. The 180-degree landscape glass in the room is also extremely dirty, making it impossible to see the beautiful scenery outside the window clearly.
Nothing is provided here, no mosquito repellent, water, etc.
The service staff are not active in serving, they have to do it themselves.

The accommodation is beautiful. However, the entrance is under construction. It is quite steep for dragging luggage up and down. On the day I stayed, I was the only room. It was comfortable and very quiet. I like it.

Would not recommend to stay here during this period of time as the hotel is still undergoing construction. The only facilities available will be your room and the outdoor jacuzzi. In-room service dining only has mookata, unlike the menu list they provided. Loft level is quite dusty, cleanliness of the room can be better. No toilet papers available, except for tissue papers. No housekeeping unless you request for it. It is a hotel with good location and scenery, after they complete their construction. Hotel should put upfront that they are still undergoing construction, and not charge the full price for the hotel. The stay here was peaceful and quiet, with nature view overlooking the room and jacuzzi.
