Overall, it is a good hotel with spectacular view of Khao Kho wind farm. The price is pretty decent, comparing nearby hotels. We were really enjoy our stay here.
The most impressed about this hotel is hotel staffs. They are very cordial and helpful.
The only drawback is that there were a few wild insects inside the room. However, it is understandable as the hotel location settles in the middle of the woods. It would be great, if the hotel can manage this issue.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. Its staff were very friendly and attentive especially with our 93 year old mother who was encountering walking difficulties. It could be much better if its services operated 24 hours a day, especially those of front office. Ms. Uu, one of its receptionists, was exceptionally good and very helpful. She could find a masseur from outside when our mother needed a massage service.

The room smells a bit musty, and the faucet is also loose. Maintenance needs to be improved! The food in the restaurant is mediocre, the breakfast options are few and not hot enough! In fact, if there is a small flow of guests, it is recommended to make a breakfast set to avoid wasting food! It's still acceptable for just one night. The only good thing is that there is a free mini bar.

Quiet, shady accommodation with a swimming pool
The room is clean and beautiful, but the view is not beautiful because there is a resort in front blocking the view
The hot tub has a slow flow of water. It has been open for hours and the tub is not full.
The water heater does not control the temperature well. Sometimes it is hot, sometimes it is cold.
Breakfast is normal.
On the second night, ants entered the room. It was not yet 9 pm, so a staff came to spray for ants.
After 9 pm, the staff went home.
