"A new, stylish and premium-feeling hotel set on a peaceful hill overlooking a beautiful valley. The villas are spacious, very clean, well maintained, and feature panoramic windows that make the scenery part of the room. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined. Service is generous — complimentary minibar is a nice touch, and breakfast was very good. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is located in a secluded spot, so the surroundings are not really walkable. However, if you have a car, exploring Khao Kho and nearby attractions is very easy. One thing to note: the hotel does not work with dedicated drivers for sightseeing or transfers, and ride-hailing services like Grab or Bolt are very limited in this area. It’s better to arrange transportation in advance. Overall, an excellent stay and a perfect mountain escape. Highly recommended."

"The accommodation was quite quiet; sleeping alone was a little scary. The water wasn't hot the day I went, but the room itself looked great. There was a large mirror for taking photos, and the room was spacious, suitable for a group. A hairdryer was provided."

There's no elevator, making it unsuitable for seniors."

"Stayed during the New Year's festival and chose the Chateau Deluxe room. The room was beautiful with a great ambiance, and the bed was very comfortable. "For us, the second-floor bed was not used at all. It was difficult to go up and down. But if you come with children, you have to be careful about going up and down. It's beautiful and clean, but we went during the renovation period. There were workers going in and out in front of the resort all the time. The way up and down is not suitable for low-loaded cars. There are potholes. If you are not good at driving up and avoiding the potholes, then stay for now. Wait for them to finish the renovation and then stay. The view is beautiful. "The room was clean, and towels were provided, but no toothbrushes. There was ample parking, and the view was good. The bathroom had separate areas for the shower and toilet. We stayed in a two-story room, and there was a drain smell coming from the shower, which wasn't ideal. Breakfast was decent."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms are beautiful, feeling more like a vacation home, and are tastefully decorated with various amenities. There's even Netflix on the TV! All the staff are dedicated to providing excellent service. Breakfast is served right to your room, and if you're still hungry, you can ask for more, and they'll happily bring it. The congee comes with shiitake mushrooms, and for the American breakfast, they use German sausages. It really shows the owner's attention to detail."
