The resort does not have good service, the rooms are very shabby, there is no WiFi, the staff doesn't even know that there are guests checking in today and they do not speak well. There is no service at all. We inform you of breakfast and it's over... receptionist I have to call again and ask if there is a booking for this person to make customers. Feeling the readiness of the hotel that is not ready at all with the service The bathroom floor was wet and there was a risk of slipping and falling. My girlfriend and I slipped and fell and still came to say that the room was ready for check-in.
