Nice and clean place. You can stay with peace of mind. They have staff who try to help with everything. Thank you❤️❤️❤️. The location is a bit difficult and there is absolutely no sound insulation, that's why my score is low. If sound and location are not a problem, you can stay in a place like this....

The garden is very beautiful, but staying on the ground floor there are a lot of people walking around. The room is not soundproof. The sound goes in and out very easily. Everything else is ok.

I used this place to watch a Khon Kaen United FC match because it was close to the stadium and the beds were spacious. It's nice to have staff available 24 hours a day. There was no hair dryer. Two bottles of mineral water are complimentary each day. It was also cleaned every day. The drainage in the shower room is too bad. When I asked about taxis, a female staff member contacted me. It's about 2300 yen per night and can accommodate up to 2 people, so it's quite cheap. It was nice to have a place to wash and dry clothes. All the users were quiet. I have a dog. I was able to find it quickly using Google Maps and there are signs so it's easy to use.
Coffee, tea, and water are available for free. There is a lot of nature, so there are occasional bugs, but you can wake up to the sound of the chickens. There is a temple nearby
