Check-in, staff were definitely not enjoying their job. No smiles or friendly welcomes. Just took my passport to register and drove to the villa. Job done. No introduction to the facilities at the resort.
Location, although not far from the city. The roads in and out of the resort were horrendous. I’ve never seen so many pot holes outside a resort before. The roads in the country side of Khon Kaen province were so much better than this
Room amenities. Water pressure was very unstable, having hair conditioner would be good
Room condition. Everything was clean and well laid out
Food, good range in the breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful especially at the egg station. The restaurant is one of the better aspects of this hotel.
