WHAT A WONDERFUL RESORT!!! ❤️❤️ the room is huge and clean. we arrived early around 11-ish but receptionist is kind enough to per us check in immediately because according to her the room is ready. they even decorate the bed for our honeymoon. they serve welcome drink (non alcohol) as well which we can enjoy up until 6pm at the beach bar. the private pool is great but since my room is facing the middle walkway to pass through other room, we had less privacy. my honest opinion, please add more tree or fence to golive the guest more privacy while enjoying the private swimming pool. locationwise, i find it serene and peaceful. the breakfast was okay, but less option for halal food. overall, im greatly satisfied with the resort.

The place is nice and we were lucky that it's the low season, so it's very peaceful. It is also near the beach. Will book again.

magical place

The hotel is old and needs renovation. However I somehow forgot because the staff was wonderful. They tried their very best to accommodate for requests and was helpful regardless what we asked. The first night was a bit rough as the rooms smelled mouldy. I requested for a clean of the air-conditioner in both rooms and it helped a lot. Should this have been done prior to our arrival? Absolutely! But at least they are responsive and try their very best to give you a great holiday.

This is my second time staying here, and once again I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. However, I was put off by the number of mosquitoes. It would be helpful if you could keep mosquito control devices in the rooms. I would definitely like to stay with you again, so I would appreciate your help.

The location is very good, close to the beach, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and you get a free drink when you check in. The problem is that the air conditioner is very noisy. I can't stand it and have to turn off the air conditioner to sleep. Fortunately, the weather is not very hot.

Very nice complex with a wonderful location on the beach. Beautiful sunsets every evening at dinner. Fantastic.

• Good location The hotel atmosphere is good and classic. Very good location next to the beach. The swimming pool is very good and takes beautiful photos. The central area is beautifully decorated. • In the room section Appliances are incomplete, missing toothbrushes, toothpaste and insufficient amount of shampoo and shower cream for 2 guests. Staying for 2 nights, there is no replenishment. The housekeeper didn't clean the bed well enough, there were still some sand particles. Beautiful room, reasonable price But the room doesn't keep sound as well as it should. The bathroom has good water pressure. Warm and cold water, easy and quick control The air conditioner works loudly but cools well throughout the room. • In the breakfast section, it is arranged according to the standards of a complete food line. • The service of the employees is good and helps quickly. • Overall it is considered a good hotel. But if compared to the price paid, I think it should be better (during the high season, therefore the price is high).

Right on the beach with lots of loungers in the shade. Two beautiful pools, one with sea views. Rooms very large and comfortable beds. Service is great

We have known this hotel for quite a long time, back when it was called Sentara Khao Lak Resort. After the situation with COVID-19, of course, a lot has changed in it, and not just the name. They stopped organizing evening buffets and events with cuisines from different continents, which used to be regular. Now there are none at all, only breakfast in the restaurant and a pool bar during the day. For everything else in the evenings we had to go to neighboring hotels. The staff is friendly and attentive, they replaced and repaired the TV in the room, which on the first day was “tired” and stopped working. The beach is necessary and desirable to maintain in the best possible cleanliness, but this is obviously a cost of the end of the dry season. The pricing system for rooms is very surprising: (the cost of a night in March 2024 is the same, and in November of the same year it is 4-5 times more expensive), it cannot be the same in the real hotel business. I checked these prices on Tpip.com several times. Apparently the hotel owner positions his financial needs and desires this way. Given the location and level of service, this hotel will always have regular customers who love to relax in Khao Lak.
