Family visit to Blenheim Palace,
We’ve stayed in many premier inns and this one is the best ever. The service and staff very helpful, room perfectly clean and warm the breakfast was absolutely fantastic plenty of choice

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and this was even better than last time. The food is excellent and Shannon in the restaurant was friendly and very efficient. The room was spotless and although we were facing out to the road it was very quiet. Reception staff were equally friendly and helpful and we’re looking forward to staying again in December.

Great service at reception from Rekha. Nothing was too much trouble. She chatted with us to understand our reason for visiting Oxford, provided really good suggestions on where to go, how to get into Oxford by public transport. She have us a fantastic room, with everything we needed for our stay.; extra towels, advice on booking the restaurant. Cannot faukt the service. Thank you!

Rekha is the best receptionist ever. We had various problems- only one towel.....she produced more for us. No remote for the television.....she gave us 2. We met someone else who'd lost money in the snacks machine.....she gave him a free beer. Please give her a rise!

Amazing, commendating staff. Young woman, Paulina, on reception helped me get a room as I needed somewhere to stay as a last-minute travel and stressful day. Thank you so much, Paulina!!!!!! Life saver!!!!!! 200 minimum characters for tripadvisor. Joking, right?

The staff at the premier inn are first class in all areas of the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and we are on first name terms with most of them. Jennifer, Courtney, Michelle and Jo who is the recent new member of staff are all so hard working as are all of the staff.

One night stay to visit friends. Hotel was excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, crisp sheets and had air con. Also able to help yourself to more tea/coffee etc. Fred WiFi was also a bonus. Staff friendly and check in was soooo easy. Thank you all.

Lovely hotel with great caring staff. Ideal location and good value for money. Food was lovely and bar selection of drinks very good. Just wish they had fully accessible disabled rooms with Hoist systems. Accessible rooms are good for basic needs but more could be done to accommodate wheelchair users !

Excellent stay and excellent staff. I had booed an accessible room and when chatting at length with the two lovely ladies on reception, they were making sure that everything was ok. As always none of us heard a sound overnight and everything was clean.
