The hotel location near the Central Station and not far from the downtown. The room size is very good and very cozy. However, we were initially given a room that has a non-working AC because it is located in a new floor (i.e. 6th floor). We were eventually reallocated to the 4th floor, but it was an unnecessary hustle. Also, the bed is very soft that we did not like.

Nice rooms but are missing hot water Tea/Coffee in the rooms.
Annoying breakfast ritual where you need to order over disk. No hot breakfast.
Asked about breakfast during check in. Was not informed that it was not included and needed to be payed for seperately until we was at breakfast the day after.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und schön gestaltete Zimmer. Ich hatte eines zum Kai hin mit einer wirklich sehr prima Aussicht. Die Lage ist günstig, direkt an der Innenstadt. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check-in war superfreundliche und hatte gleich viele Tipps für Restaurants zur Hand. Perfekt! - Einziges Manko: Wenn zum Frühstück keine Backwaren mag, hat Pech gehabt - Frühstück gibt es nur von der Bäckerei, im Erdgeschoss.

An excellent hotel, slightly quirky and modern. The room was adequate size with a comfortable bed and bedding. Storage minimal but had baskets and shelving which could be used for storage. The room also had a long sofa under the window. The bathroom was clean and functional. The room had tv and wifi. Down stairs was a cafe which was useful for breakfast before setting off for the day. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Very modern hotel in excellent location. Nothing to complain about when you like "modern" ambiance. High quality amenities in the batchroom (soap/shampoo, no body lotion), but I was disappointed with the shower (a bit "old style" with not too much water reaching you and you have to stand really close to the fixture), but this is a small point. My rate was including breakfast which is served in the bakery/café located in the building - high quality food, but not a buffet (i.e. you cannot eat as much as you want).
