This was by far the most disgusting place I had the displeasure of visiting. No hot water. Dirty sheets and rooms. Insect infested. Pics might offend sensitive viewers. It was a UN business trip with 3 of my collegues so we are used to roughing it. We booked 3 rooms and it went from bad to worse. I would strongly advise to anyone who chooses this place to think again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Greenwich Hotel and I must say I was very impressed. The hotel is situated in a great location, close to all the local attractions and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay and the room I stayed in was modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience at Greenwich Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in the area.

I spent 3 lovely days. The staff is really friendly, the place is clean and the breakfast was abundant. They picked me up and they also brought me to the airport, which was very convenient. When I come back to Rwanda I will book again!

The hotel is near Kigali international airport and conveniently located which is great. The staff at the reception and restaurant were pleasant and welcoming and I feel comfortable with their suitable room. The breakfast was good and I will be staying more often here and would not hesitate to recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

All my expectations were met, the place is conveniently situated. + I would not change anything about my stay. I really felt at home, ended up recommending two more colleagues who booked into the lodge same period of my stay. Thats how satisfied I was!!! Keep it up guys.
