The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

3-star hotel, basic services are available, 24-hour check-in, 24-hour pick-up/drop-off. There is a room 217 that is relatively small, you can ask if there is a discount, the others are pretty good, with balconies. The restaurant has a good view, laundry service, and the price is expensive

I am glad I indeed chose five to five hotel for my hospitality, the staff's courtesy was out of this world, friendly and professional. Very neat rooms, good food and very timely in all their doings . I will sure be back and I will choose five to five over and over again.

This is an excellent choice for an airport hotel and an overnight stay. The general manager Robert is very responsive and arranged the hotel airport shuttle to pick me up at 1 am from Kigali airport. The driver was on time and helpful. The room was very good size with a large bed. Pillows were firm. I didn't hear any noise from the road. The bathroom was huge , with a jacuzzi ! Water pressure was good. There was a problem with the air con to start with but they fixed it soon. Nice views over the hills. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with a decent spread. The staff were nice and warm and check in check out was quick. In room WiFi had good strength. Overall highly recommended.

This is a very good hotel to stay at. The room was very nice and done every day. The check-in and check-out process is fast. The airport shuttle service is perfect. I chose this hotel because it was very close to the BK Arena. To my surprise, it is the people, the service, and the menu that kept me happy. The staff, you could not find anyone nices or more educated. They treated me so well, and 9 days made all of us appreciate each other. I came for the Africa Basketball League, and I was telling everyone to come and stay here next time. The proximity is perfect. 5 to 7 minutes' walk. The breakfast buffet is very good. Sweet stuff and salty stuff. Different kinds of hot drinks and cold ones. I tried the menu and also the pizza for lunch and dinner. The prices are reasonable. This is my second time in Kigali. Last time, it was the Radisson Blue. This time, it was Five to Five. I felt better this time. The staff was genuine and very nice. I know each of them. One night I came back at 3:00 a.m. they were right there. If you are hungry, room service stays up too. I could go on and on about this hotel and the good service they offer. But the staff is my favorite. I hope I can come back again one day.

It was great hotel and will return again . The African tea was delicious. lol I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Everything was perfect.The staff was helpful, the accommodation were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. It was generally great, cleanliness very good, and customer service great . Some supplies weren't provided but room service resolved in efficient timing. Food was great and was of high quality. Stuff were very helpful and effective in their service

Excellent customer care, from the moment we arrived we were made comfortable till our departure. The rooms are pretty standard at the rates we were offered, can't have any complaints. The icing on the cake was that they provided transportation to the airport, which was very appreciated.

My stay at the Five to Five was a lifelong experince. I have never been to Rwanda but I was happy being there due to the good hospitality offered by the Five to Five Hotel. The room was neat with all one could require for a confortable stay and the food was made to the required standards. My stay at Five to Five Hotel was and exceptional experience as all the staff were welcoming, from the gate to the reception, to the restaurant. I was also impressed with the business gesture when the rates could be negotiated because we were a group. Keep it up and any time I am in Kigali, I will always stay at Five to Five Hotel.

The bright smiles if the staff was my highlight every time. Apart from that, their African Tea beats any of the other African teas I have tried. During my stay, the water pressure dropped greatly in my room on one particular day. I didn't report it but when I returned, I found the staff attending to the problem and it was sorted quick and efficiently without me having to say anything. The room was always freshly cleaned and I felt welcome every time! And one last thing to add - absolutely delicious food!
