This was an extended stay. We had to extend our stay since we liked it here so much. Why move?

The house is clean, and customer-experience is good. Their breakfast recipe is rich, and I like tree tomatoes juice, pineapple a lot!

The single rooms have no windows, only a small high window in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning. Naturally there is no breeze and it is hot. When it is sunny in Kigali, it is too hot to stay in this hotel's single rooms without air conditioning. The single rooms also do not have refrigerators. The TVs turn on, but in many rooms (this is my fourth time staying at this hotel) nothing shows up. Even if they do, there are only three channels. There is a wide selection of breads for breakfast, and the cappuccinos and cafe lattes are also delicious. There is a wide variety of fruits, and the vegetable omelettes are very well salted. The front desk staff are also friendly. The only problem is the facilities.

This hotel is exceptional value for money and their breakfast was the best when compared to luxury hotels we stayed in. We found are bedroom compact with the bathroom being surprisingly spacious so figure that but all the essentials were there and we had a balcony. The location was excellent for us, being in the centre and so walking distance to the shops, indoor malls, taxis and mopeds. All the staff are great with a special mention for the chefs and Eric (waiter). We actually extended our stay there, looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing hotel with a friendly management and the location is perfect. Good breakfast and the entire kitchen stuff are dedicated when it comes to the preparation of the meals. For the days that we left the hotel early in the morning like at 4:00 am the chef still woke up at that time to prepare and pack our breakfast. This was very thoughtful and we sincerely appreciated it. The rooms were well cleaned daily as well.

Very well located, with a very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent reception conditions, with very comfortable, clean rooms with excellent views. The staff is very friendly and professional, always available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The restaurant works very well and at extended hours (up to 11 pm). Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of different fruits, open from 6:30 am until 11 am.

It was easy to book online, they communicated swiftly on my email inquiry, friendly and professional team and the location is great. I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I got the third floor room with lovely view with a balcony. My room was pristine set up with convenient supplies including toiletry supplies, soft slippers, complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. It was a comfortable sleep with surprisingly quiet nights considering we were smack in the heart of Kigali CBD. Breakfast had a range of options which was nice and I was so pleased the chef indulged my request for plain porridge one evening at the restaurant when I was under the weather. Love the bar/restaurant that has good vibes for sundowner and dinner. My one disappointment was the lack of an elevator so that its more accessible to more folks. But overall it is a lovely boutique hotel. All in all my stay was superb and look forward to staying there in my next visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

Best value for money we had in Rwanda. The room was great, big and clean and we slept well. Theres a TV, and the Wifi worked perfectly. Spacious and clean bathroom, with hot water and strong stream. Great staff, helpful. Central location. Breakfast - big buffet with nothing to eat, unless you're into beef stew at 8am. Few types of bread with nothing to spread over it, and werent nice when asked for it. Burnt coffee.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and dinner. Peaceful sitting area with couches. Located away from main hotel area (in a commercial area). Cons: There was no safe in our room. The mattress was hard, not comfy. The carpet in the room needed a good cleaning. A patch job of a big hole in the wall was sloppily done. We were disappointed as the photos are better than reality.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms. quiet, good sleep. Reception helpful and efficient. The problems are at the restaurant: the menu is only theoretical and most of the dishes are unattainable (it seems like they go to buy the raw materials at the supermarket). The average wait is approximately 45 minutes/1 hour. Breakfast normal. Decent wifi. The area is very central, very lively during the week, especially in the evening, deserted on Saturdays and Sundays. Dedicated hotel parking spaces immediately outside the entrance, managed by private security.

We returned to this hotel after 2017 for a total of 4 nights. It is a great city hotel, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have a balcony. Despite being located at a crossroads, it is very quiet. The breakfast is very plentiful and good. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. All in all. Simply a brilliant place to feel at home. We would love to come back!
