This hotel came recommended on a travel blog and we couldn’t be happier to have booked. Every single moment from check in to check out was met with friendly faces and conversation. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant food and drink was delicious. Every single staff was accommodating and kind from reception to wait staff in bar & restaurant, to spa, to housekeeping team!

We were so warmly welcomed on arrival by the lovely Rachel! She really made our stay top notch. From the wonderful recommendations, thoughtful surprises in our room for our anniversary, to the ease of parking, check in, etc this hotel (specifically Rachel) were excellent. When we come back to Kilkenny we will definitely stay here!

Wir haben zwei Nächte zu Beginn unserer Rundreise im Pembroke Kilkenny verbracht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Herzen der Stadt, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück bekommt man eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Speisen, sofern man vom Personal beachtet wird. Wir mussten leider mehrfach an unsere Bestellung erinnern, zudem wurde mir dann beim Abräumen noch eine Schale mit Relish über das Shirt gekippt, was ich dann allerdings zur kostenfreien Reinigung abgeben konnte. An beiden Tagen waren die eingedeckten Gläser auf den Tischen noch verdreckt mit Fruchtfleisch vom Orangensaft. Das Personal war zwar stets bemüht, aber mehr als ein befriedigendes Ergebnis ist aus unserer Sicht leider nicht drin....

An amazing hotel right in the heart of Kilkenny. Friendly staff, wonderful restaurant in hotel, free parking and the Kilkenny Castle is right around the corner. Live music in bars done the street, lovely comfortable rooms and we would stay here again on our return trip. Highly recommend!!

Wir hatten eine 6 tägige Rundreise mit Echt.Irland gebucht, während der wir drei unterschiedliche Hotels besuchen durften. Die erste Übernachtung fand im Pembroke Hotel Kilkenny statt. Wir wurden dort, trotz einer Anreise nach 20 Uhr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Ich hatte vorher im Hotel angerufen und Bescheid gegeben, dass wir erst spät anreisen würden. Trotzdem wurde uns ein Dinner zur Verfügung gestellt, sowie Voucher für Cocktails. Wir sind in einem sehr schönen, großen Familienzimmer untergekommen, was sehr sauber war und über alles verfügte, was man auf einer Reise braucht. Zum Frühstück bekam man unter anderem ein Original irisches Frühstück á la cart. Grandios! Vielen Dank und die besten Wünschen gehen an das wunderbare und freundliche Servicepersonal. Auch wenn es nur ein kurze Zeit war, haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt!

Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Nach einem leckeren Frühstück in netten Ambiente kann der Tag beginnen. Eine Radtour mit Jason rundet den Besuch von Kilkenny sehr gut ab. Danke für alles.

We really enjoyed iur stay here. The room was very spacious, everything was very clean. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located just down the street from Kilkenny castle which I highly recommend visiting, the grounds alone are so beautiful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
