Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The food was devine and exceptional customer service. The rooms were lovely with super comfy beds and wide range of mini bar items available. Overall lovely relaxed vibe thought the hotel and a great place to relax and unwind.

We recently had our wedding at the Glasson Lakehouse Hotel and we couldn’t recommend the hotel more highly. We had an absolutely incredible day! Their professionalism, expertise and kindness helped to make the day so enjoyable. Alexandra , Liam and I would sincerely like to thank you and all the staff for putting on wonderful reception for our wedding day. Our minds were at ease since the our very first meeting. And on the day itself we were made so comfortable throughout the whole day. All the guests commented on how exceptional the food was so compliments to the chef and all the kitchen team. We love and regularly stay at Glasson Lakehouse. When we got engaged we immediately knew this would be our venue. We met with Tania and her brilliant team and booked it straight away. Alexandra was our wedding coordinator and she was such a dream to deal with. No request was too big or too small. On the lead up to the wedding, she made sure we were happy with all the arrangements and was always contactable. On the day, she was quietly in the background and checked in to make sure we were always happy. Her timekeeping was exceptional and the day ran exactly to plan with no stress. We opted for the indoor ceremony given the unruly weather, the views were fab over the lake . The food and service was absolutely fantastic. We opted for the steak and all our guest were praising the fact all steaks were cooked to order and perfect which was no easy task with a very large group to feed! The setting is amazing and our photos are just stunning. The day exceeded our expectations and we had a ball as did all our guests. We are 3 weeks married now and people are still raving about how beautiful the venue is, how good the food and service was, it was a hit with everyone...exactly what a bride and groom want to hear! We are so happy we choose Glasson Lakehouse and would highly recommend to any couple considering it for their wedding.

Lovely stay, but at over 400 euro for one Saturday night I would not stay again. The service was ok, and there are come areas that need to be tidied up. Don’t get me wrong lovely place and location but does not represent value for money at 450 for one night.

Gorgeous hotel with fabulous views, rooms and amenities but the service really let it down from start to finish. Lots of staff with clearly little experience, long wait times, extremely poor choices for food. No room in the restaurant; and room service / bar food finished at 9pm sharp so nowhere to eat without prebooking. Food stops at 4pm so nothing to eat on arrival either. Private function in whole outdoor area meaning that could not be used by residents on one of the nicest days of the year. For the price, not worth it.

We enjoyed our stay in Glasson Lakehouse. I loved the decor and overall casual, cosy feel of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and really nicely decorated. The food in Bonnies was lovely, but the service was very slow and they were understaffed. We had a better experience with food in the nearby town.

In terms of room, setting, decor etc, Glasson is unrivalled. I love going here. It’s unique in terms of style and quirkiness. However, I’m always disappointed with the service for drinks or food. Always slow and inattentive. In any hotel, restaurant or bar, there always seems to be a supervisor/manager that you’d notice. Glasson ‘Bonnies restaurant’ or the bar looks like it’s ran by students just out of school with very little training or experience. It’s a massive let down to a hotel that has all the potential

A group of 7 of us stayed on Saturday 22nd June and we had the most amazing experince from start to finish. The staff, the decor, the food, the atmosphere, the entertainment was first class all the way. We had our dinner in Bonnies and the food was just gorgeous. The staff are all so friendly and nothing was any trouble. We will defnitely be back.

Unfortunately not worth the money , needs a deep clean and furniture very shabby , foam bursting out of lots of chairs ...... food lovely , staff lovely , grounds lovely . Just take not its a dog hotel also so lots of barking . Just in general , a lack of care and attention. And I've stayed nicer places for less . Hottub extra €40 .
